2nd Wind Exercise

We bought a treadesk from them. The service is wonderful and they have fair prices. I would return again!

I’ve been in the market for an elliptical for a while. Normally I’m an impulse buyer, but decided to take my time and do my homework before making a purchase. I went to other stores in the valley and was not impressed with the inventory and then I came across 2^nd Wind. The salesman who helped me was Adrian. He was not only knowledgeable but professional as well. I had no idea there were so many types of ellipticals to chose from. I thought ellipticals were a one size fits all kinda of thing but I was wrong. I don’t know when I’ll buy exercise equipment again, but I know where I will go.

Sean at 2^nd Wind spent over any hour going over all of the equipment with us in detail. He showed me what cardio machines I could use for the condition I have (FAI Hip Impingement). He was very knowledgeable about this rare condition and mentioned he was a personal trainer prior to joining 2^nd Wind. His assessments of the condition and how to strengthen the surrounding muscles were dead accurate and he then recommended the best equipment to use, even though those pieces of equipment weren’t the most expensive. My visit was an overall very uplifting and positive experience. Adrian, the other associate who was working overheard our conversation and mentioned he had a complete hip replacement. His insight gave me the inspiration to take care of the issue and also gave me hope. Sean even called a few weeks later to see if I had my surgery and if the recovery was going well. This was way beyond amazing customer service! Oh yeah, and I forgot to mention we also had our 1 year old baby with us who pitched a fit the entire time. Neither Sean or Adrian seemed to mind. Amazing experience and amazing employees!!!
