Advanced Desert Dermatology

We have taken our son (4-​years-​old) to this location 5 times in the last 3 months. The doctors are always very rude and impatient. They act like you are a burden to them and any questions are a waist of their time.
As the PAYING patient we asked for certain things to be done and it was very difficult to get the doctors to do what was in our son’s best interest because it would take up more of the doctors time. They would always try to talk us out of the procedure and into getting an RX we would apply ourselves instead of the doctor doing it.
After 5 times of struggling with the doctors to do the right thing for our son, we finally tried the RX (a much less potent version of the procedure the doctor would do in office which cures him faster). We ran out and when I call for a refill they said, «No, not without seeing him!» Seriously, seeing him every two weeks isn’t enough for your billfold?!?
They seem to spend as little time in the office with you as possible but as far as doing the right thing for the patient; forget it!!!
