While I haven’t had any medical issues that they’ve had to address(hence the 4 and not a 5) they’ve taken care of my entire family of 5 for glasses and contacts needs for the last 3 years. Everything comes in on time, the doctor is nice, thorough, polite and asks the right questions when it comes to the kids to make sure they’re getting the right prescription. The front office ladies take the time to make sure that you get the frames you want and that they fit you perfectly. They also take the time to get to know you, so now when I walk in they know who I am and which kid I’m there for. They’ve also fixed more lost screws and bent frames than I can count(boys are tough on glasses), usually without a prior appointment. All around great staff and wonderful place to get your glasses or contacts.

I have used them a couple of times. Their prices are fairly low, but the quality of their service/products is so poor that I will not be returning to them. Here’s my experience: 1. I bought no-line bifocals from them. The optician making the recommendation/measurements set me up with glasses that were, in retrospect, too small for my face. I found this out when I later bought much better fitting glasses at another place. Furthermore, the bifocals were poorly made so that the reading glasses portion on one lens did not line up with the other lens. 2. At the same time, I bought prescription sunglasses. They did the coating so poorly that I kept getting a weird glare along the side of one my lenses. Never had that before in the many years I have had prescription sunglasses. 3. Decided to try them again after I had LASIK. Replaced the presciption sunglasses lenses with non-prescription lenses. They did an OK job, but took an unusually long time to do this. Furthermore, my wife bought a pair of designer sunglasses for about $ 200(nonprescription). After a couple of days, she wanted to return them because they rubbed her cheeks painfully; They refused the return. They also were out of the glasses case that would fit that pair. The optician tried to adjust the glasses, but she is still unhappy with the fit. Prices? Competetive. Product? Unsatisfactory. What good is saving money if the resultant product is unacceptable? I will not be returning to this store.
