We made a pedicure reservation for 4 people and confirmed it with Ally’s 2 hours before we came. There were only 2 nail technicians who were already working on other customers so we waited for another technician to come in «5 minutes» but did not show up for 30 minutes. So only 3 out of 4 of us were able to get our nails done. Ally’s: don’t take reservations you cannot honor.

I would put zero stars if that was an option. I went there yesterday and had one of the worst mani/pedi experiences. I’ll never go back. I’d rather flush my money down the toilet. First off, the water for pedi was Luke warm at best. There were no bubbles, nothing soothing about the pedi. They Barely cleaned up my toes at all. You can see cuticles On them. They didn’t separate my toes for them to dry, my feet are still a bit hard. Let’s get to my mani, ths is what gave them zeo stars, first of all, they didnt clean up my CUTICLES at all. My nails do not look polished and fresh. I asked for a no chip mani and they put on wrong color! My toes are purple and my hands are red… The woman said the numbers were mislabeled, I understand that but that did not fix my issue. She was sorry but it wasn’t her fault… okay then, but it’s not my fault either. I was there lost 2 hours and did NOT want to be there another hour longer. I am so annoyed with them.

Went there yesterday with my wife and had a good experience. Staff was friendly and our deluxe manicure/pedicure only took an hour and was reasonably priced. We really liked the chairs because you could control the massage function yourself and they had flat screens up as well so you could watch while you were being worked on. Thus, it’s only been open for a couple months but the atmosphere is nice and comfortable, we’ll definitely go back.
