I’ve been here a few times and always had a positive experience. I’ve even bought and smoked a few cigars there. I went in on Saturday afternoon to but a few things. The front area was packed with ppl sitting around. I was a little drawn back when I asked the guy if I could smoke my cigar in the back. He immediately said it was members only. I didn’t see anyone sitting back there so I said ok and he saw that I was disappointed then said I can go back there. The damaged had been done. I’ve bought over 250 worth of cigars this year from this place. This has been the only negative experience I’ve had there but they should really revisit opening up that space especially when the from is full.

I went by to check out the new cigar shop. I had recently noticed the name change and thought I would check it out. I had not been to the previous establishment either.
First thoughts:
Did not look too comfortable. Very basic non-​paying lounge area.
Greeted by a nicely dressed gentleman which I thought was classy, but seemed a little pretentious.
Overall vibe seemed uninviting.
I checked out their humidor, and all seemed fairly well stocked. If I asked if they had a certain cigar, the nicely dressed gentleman would point to them almost immediately.

Me and my boyfriend stopped here with his brother-​in-​law.
He was looking for a box of cigars to share with his friends and family on becoming a new dad.
Great service. Very helpful sales person. He took his time to explain all different types and hooked him up with great deal.
I would highly recommend this place.

I have never experienced this type of customer service in any place I have ever been every single one of the staff here are so helpful, so amazing, and truly make an experience like buying a cigar like you were making one of the most important purchases of your life. They truly care about each individual who walks in there and what their needs are. On multiple occasions I have gone in there with specific requests and they have thrown in free cigars or done something over the top because they can. not only is there customer service amazing but they have such a large and great selection that can’t be beat. If you are interested in purchasing cigars or have never even purchased them these people are exactly the people you need to go see. I will never buy a cigar anywhere else again.

What a great cigar shop! Grady can surely find what you like in their extensive humidor selection. Great place to spend a few hours. I would recommend to anyone novice or seasoned vet!

Stopped by Ambassador after picking up tickets for the Fiesta Bowl. Turned out to be one of the best cigar shopping experiences I’ve had! They were tremendously helpful, knowledgable and had a great respect for all things cigar and cigar culture. They guided us through their large, well stocked (floor to ceiling) humidor. They had all my favorites, Tatuaje, Liga Privada, FF-​Opus X, and Diamond Crown JC’s. They also had an outstanding collection of rare and hard to find cigars. Their customer service was outstanding, they have one of the best variety of quality stock I’ve seen. I will definitely be back and highly recommend this store.

Best cigar shop on the Westside. I really enjoy walking into a shop where they remember your name and what cigars you smoke. I’ve never been suggested a bad cigar by them. If you want something they don’t have, they’ll just contact the Scottsdale shop and bring it over for you. No up sales either. They don’t push more expensive sticks on you like a few other places do. All in all, it’s pretty much the only place I buy cigars from.

As far as cigar collection goes it is excellent and prices are as per manufacturers. My reason for 2 stars is the customer service. The scottsdale store specially has a very snobbish, snooty vibe. The staff is overbearing and pompous. Humidor has cameras but they won’t let you look at collection in peace. Costantly watch you behind your shoulder as if you will steal something. Other than Vartan staff is not knowledgeable about cigars. One guy even said all cigars are same to me they taste like cigarettes.

This is my ‘go to’ cigar store on the Westside. They offer a good selection, friendly accommodating staff, and a nice atmosphere. And I’m not just blowin’ smoke.
