The staff and employees at Arrowhead Physical Therapy are knowledgeable and professional. No one likes having to go to a Physical Therapist. But its worth it when you are in good hands.

Long gone are the days when my hormones were once raging and I felt as if my body were invincible. In college I didn’t work out as much as I should have and replaced my exercising with eating greasy food and considering taking the stairs as my form of exercise. That’s too bad my extreme stair-climbing did not work out my lower back. Sometime in the spring I threw out my back. It was awful. I’m almost 23 and I hated being«that guy» who was always complaining about my sore back. Couldn’t do this, couldn’t do that, I just wanted to eat Ben & Jerry’s Chunky Monkey and watch Netflix. It was a dark time. My girlfriend told me I should do something about it rather than rely on the 300+ calorie, pint-sized medicinal ice cream to eventually work. I eventually came to the good people at Arrowhead Physical Therapy. The first day they showed me two stretches that would help. And they did. I saw them for about two months over the summer once a week doing new stretches and ice packs. I had a chance to work with(almost) the entire staff and everyone was patient and had a way to easily explain the stretches in layman’s term or would get on the table next to me and show me how to properly do the stretches. I was probably healed in less than two months but continued to go because I have bad luck and probably would have thrown my back out again as soon as I left. Upon«graduating» I received a commemorative water bottle and tee shirt to remind me how awesome it was to actually get back into physical activity; the guy at the rock gym noticed I hadn’t been there in a while. I still miss those Chunky Monkey days though. Perhaps if I am lucky enough to throw another muscle out I’ll certainly be back.
