I bought a 1959 Reissue Les Paul. Tim set it up and told me everything about it. He was awesome and now my guitar is amazing. I cannot even believe the action this thing has. I went to the local music store before for a setup on another guitar but they didn’t do my guitar justice. Don’t waste your time just take it to Atomic Guitar Works… Peace

I had my PRS non-operational for about a year and a half. I’ve been scared and kind of lazy to take it to be fixed. It was pretty much falling apart. Humbuckers were falling out and my wiring was terrible. I looked on Unilocal and found Atomic Guitar Works. Saw they had great reviews and finally decided to get my guitar fixed. I went in there and was kindly greeted and felt very comfortable. I explained my problems and they offered simple solutions at very reasonable pricing & repair time. I got it back in 2 days and I have been playing it for about 3 hours straight. It looks great, feels great, and sounds amazing. It gave me nostalgia of why I first bought that guitar. I’m very happy with the results. I will definitely bring my other gear here and recommend this to other guitarists! Thank you!

Took my acoustic there to get the bridge re-glued because it was detaching and needed repairs. After a couple weeks of the guys trying multiple glues and epoxies and making a plate for the inside of the guitar, it just couldn’t be fixed. They apologized for not being able to repair it and told me there was no charge since they couldn’t fix it. I was out of town for a few weeks and they even kept my guitar safe while I was gone. Picked it up and no charge at all! I know these guys do very good work and are very friendly. I have recommended them to every musician I know for guitar repairs.

I had been going here for years and thought they actually cared about doing good work for me. They once did… but as time passed, it got worse and worse. Unfortunately, since they messed up my last bass project… chipped my neck pocket and installed pick-up off center, etc… I will not be going back there again.

Took a battle damaged 25 year old Carvin V220 to them. In summary, this is now not only My go-to repair shop, but also that of my friends, as well.

Suffice it to say, Harry & Jim do outstanding work and they have great dedication to their customers. One hopes to never need to see them again, but if I do, there will be no hesitation.

I won’t go into the whole rambling story of how I came to use this store (another store effed up a leveling job). Atomic Guitar Works are pros at guitar repair and building. They are custom builders of guitars. Harry is very friendly and helpful. They did an ace fret leveling and crown job on my brand new Stratocaster. So I’m spreading the news, this shop is good, very good, and I’ll be taking more guitars to them for maintenance.
Update: Ok I took a Fender Jaguar in for pickup replacement, new pickguard, a new bridge, and a set-up. Work was done very timely & Tim at Atomic was helpful in explaining what they did and how to maintain the bridge. Great experience again!
