Overall, this is an average pizza, nothing more. The cheese was good and adequate, but the ingredients: sausage, mushrooms, onions were skimpy. A 13 inch pizza cost $ 23 and change. I certainly wouldn’t ever order here for carry out again.

I had the lunch buffet, and the salad bar was a little dry. But who goes for salad?! The pizza was good, a little on the greasy side, but that’s how I like it. The dessert pizza really stood out as being delicious. It’s so much better than Pizza Inn was. Service was a little dead, but since I did the buffet, I didn’t have to interact with the staff to much.

Best pizza place in Peoria. It’s all about the sauce here. I always get extra on the side to dip. Some people complain about the prices – the pizza is worth it. A lil pizza is cheap and fills you up though. Meatballs are amazing too and at 1.75 for a large meatball you can’t go wrong.

Love this place! Their lunch buffet is awesome and has a ton of options. It’s our favorite pizza place in Peoria. I wish it wasn’t as expensive, or maybe offer some type of special.

BEST pizza in Peoria! We lived in several locations around the country and by far, Chicago has the best pizza in the country(both pan pizza and traditional crust). We moved to Peoria and used to drive to Bloomington-Normal to get a Chicago quality pizza(and even ordered pizza from legendary pizza places in Chicago like Giordano’s, Ginos East, Lou Malnati’s, Connie’s, etc.- delivered frozen). Now, with Aurelios, Peoria has a top rate pizza place that is world class. Awesome sauce is the key, and with high quality cheese and crust, Aurelios stands alone from the typical franchise pizza places most people are stuck with(Dominoes, Little Caesars? Yuck). Wish there were more Aurelios locations, as this location is not close to us(but worth the drive and closer than B-N). Only drawback is their website is crap and does not work with newer computers or operating systems(cannot place orders online– a worthless website).

My review is only for their delivery pizza, I’ve never made it in person. They have a good variety of pizza and the large is really big and has lots of toppings on it. I don’t think they have the insulated bags like a Pizza Hut does so the pizza is cold upon arrival. We have a pizzazz to throw a couple slices on to reheat but that does add a longer wait to eat. Also both times, the crust is too soggy to pick up slices to eat so you will have to use a fork, not sure if this is only because it’s sat in the box in the car or if it’s like that all the time. I tried a taco pizza most recently and was pretty disappointed to find there were no tortilla chips on top. That is a deal breaker in my opinion. Casey’s taco pizza 4-ever! ;) Their wings have a really good sauce on them, tangy with just a hint of heat but are pretty small and aren’t really cooked long enough so the skin is not at all crispy. Again, some time on the pizzazz really improves them. Basically, if they cooked everything longer, I would be much happier and have given them that extra star.

Good stuff. I had a pizza a couple nights ago. It was very tasty. Close to delicious. The only reason they aren’t getting five stars is due to their high prices. Close to $ 20 for a medium pizza. Other than that, taste was great. Wil go again but only once in a while, again, due to the high prices for this area.

I love love love pizza but didn’t really enjoy this place. I tried it 3 times and cheese falls off and it lacks flavor. Place is nice and they have buffet but I’ve tried better pizza. It’s right by my house but I never crave it.

If you are from the Chicago area, Aurelios is the best pizza in Peoria. Period. The secret is the sauce. Most places skimp on really great sauce(and often cheese) but Aurelios does not. My only complaint is that there is only one location and it isn’t close to where we live or work. However, it is worth the drive. A top 2 pizza place in central Illinois(the other great place is Rosati’s in Normal).

Best pizza in Peoria! No doubt about it plus a good family environment. We had thin crust which was awesome.

We ordered online. Took an hour for delivery, which it told us it would. But for 2 Italian beef sandwiches and some garlic bread that seems a little outlandish. We got 2 Italian beef sandwiches with mild peppers and one with mozzarella. Tons of beef but barely any flavor! Plus there were about 5 tiny peppers on each sandwich. Also, far too much cheese. And that’s something I never thought I would say. I love cheese! The garlic bread was bland and cold but the marinara with it was decent. Maybe we’ll try it again for pizza or something but we’ll definitely pass on the Italian beef next time.

This totally hit the spot for our whole family, including two of us who are gluten free and one who is dairy free. Plus there’s a great rewards program. The prices are great, too. We will definitely be back!

Having been one of Aurelio’s first customers in 1959 and eating same for 55 years, decided to try this Peoria addition. The good first is that they captured the Taste of Aurelio’s Pizza as well as anyone does these days. The bad is the prices are beyond belief high! I tried the beef sandwich, again as good as Portillo’s, but at twice the price. I don’t know who can afford this and as for value, Biaggi’s is down the street If you want true Italian at these prices.

Have had their deep dish and thin crust. Both times I was very pleased. it hits a home run as far a pizza places go in the peoria area. I’m always impressed by how heavy their pizza boxes are when I pick up carryout order. You do pay a little more for their pizza but you are getting some pretty densely packed deliciousness. Definitely my «go to» for pizza as of late.

I have been resistant to go because I was a Pizza Inn fan, but, we finally went for a weekday pizza buffet. $ 8.99 a person was a steal. Salad bar was great, similar to the previous owners. The pizza is really great. Fantastic quality and a lot of cheese. Crust is not too thin and not too thick, perfect crisp. Very filling! Check it out, we will be back!

Their pizza is one of the best I have had in this area. The thin is more like a Chicago thin or hand tossed. So don’t expect to get a cracker thin crust. The toppings, crust, and sauce all tasted great. The only down side is the cost. That is the most I have ever spent on a pizza. A Medium Pizza(which is 13″) will run you $ 25. Not a lot of money, but just seems high for a pizza. Definitely wouldn’t come here if I’m looking to feed a crowd. Could add up quick. Tried the wings, didn’t care for them at all. But they do have a good salad They do dine in, pick up, and delivery. I will definitely come back for the pizza, just sparingly. It was a bit pricey, but it’s still the best tasting pizza I have had in this area.

Low key atmosphere, family friendly, recently ate dinner at Aurelio’s. We had an appetizer of cheese filled breadsticks which were very filling. The server who brought our breadsticks was not our server, and I had to ask to get a soda since I arrived separately from my dining partner. Thankfully she was receptive and brought me one. Our server took a bit longer to return to get the rest of our order. Pizza did not take long to get to our for table. We ordered a Medium Special Six thin crust. Toppings were nicely sized and plenty of cheese covered a semi-crispy crust. We were so full we took most of the pizza home! Overall pizza is a winner, service not bad but could use some improvement.

Respectable pizza. We opted for thin crust sausage and mushroom. The sauce is slightly sweet and the sausage has lots of fennel. Crust was crispy on the edges but not so much otherwise and the mushrooms were canned. It was ok — great beer selection. Service was great so no issues there and the restaurant itself is very clean with a nice, relaxed vibe.
