Every week there seems to be about 20 Avis First members on my flight and every week all 20 of us wait in line to get our pre-booked keys. I really wish Avis would enforce two lines. One for people wanting to make new reservations and one for people who already have reservations, with the key waiting for them. That way the people who need a new reservation can take as long as they need without being pressured, and the rest of us can simply get their cars and go.
Also, there seems to be an amazing amount of Crown Vics at this Avis. Nobody wants to drive a Crown Vic. Ever.
