This place is over priced not worth it. Save your money and book a nicer hotel. This place has no elevator, desk chair was falling apart. The pool was ok and there is plenty of parking. Overall this will be the first and last time I stay here.

My husband is from Peoria, IL. He proposed to me in Peoria, OR. When we were looking at where to go on our 2 year anniversary trip, and settled on Phoenix, we decided to stay in Peoria, AZ to round out the picture. The good: –Quite affordable –Ample parking, free –Friendly and helpful front desk staff –Filling continental breakfast(hey – this is a budget hotel. There will be lots of sugary carby things, but don’t expect eggs benedict!) –Flat screen TV with a decent amount of channels –Spacious room with refrigerator and microwave –Has pool Crowning positive feature: VERY comfortable bed. Also: I’ve noticed that in many hotels, they tend to, let’s say, «exaggerate» the size of the bed. So they call a Full a Queen and so on. Not the case here, we had a true-to-life King sized bed. The not quite as good: –Keep in mind you’re not paying for a suite at Caesar’s Palace. This is not Caesar’s Palace. What I mean by that is that to have a good value, the property is older, it’s a little worn down. Carpet and paint on walls and furnishings(including out by the pool) could use some updating. –Wifi laboriously slow and unsecured –The towels were slightly bigger than hand-towel size, and very worn thin –The big fluffy white comforter(VERY comfy!) had what appeared to be a cigarette burn on it. This is shame on me for not being more up-front about it, but I felt I could just flip it over and be fine: I played a little game with housekeeping. Every day I left it burn-side-up, and every day they just put the same comforter back on, burn-side-down. –There were 2 days in a row housekeeping skipped our room! –The final thing that really bothered me: I am all for a family owned business. And hey, if my parents owned a hotel with a pool in crazy-hot Arizona, you bet I’d take advantage of it every day! But the one day I spent reading in the sun by the pool and going in for a dip every few minutes, a 13 – 15 year old who seemed to be the son of the owners was just sitting by the pool, and we’re talking like 2 hours, and I kept catching him watching me. Sometimes just reading. I’m really nothing extraordinary to look at, and it made me uncomfortable. I’m sure the kid was just awkward or distracted or something, or even just staring off into space, I just didn’t like feeling watched.(He arrived shortly after I did with a backpack and came in the back, that’s what makes me think his parents probably owned the place. I saw him hanging around there a bunch the rest of the week too.) All in all, if you are looking to save on the hotel to spend more on vacation activities, this is a great choice!

Clean room, nice pool, funny desk clerk. Bed seems comfy and the water was plentiful and hot. AC works well. Just stayed one night. I’d stay here again.

No Free breakfast like at other Days Inns. NO elevator, this hard on my hubbys knee. Pool is small, but nice and warm. No jacuzzi. Theres an RV park($ 30/nite) at the back end of the parking lit that is run by the hotel. RV park needs help, weeds were high. There’s a sports bar near the lobby that has 2 pool tables, but is far too lit up at night. Free Internet, and use of 2 slow computers and printer in the lobby. All in all not much atmosphere, but room and beds were clean and comfy. Great location for spring training. Nearby Peoria has tons of restaurants anf fun bars.

I wouldn’t recommend, pretty dirty, stains on everything and overpriced. The staff seemed nice but just gross overall. The shower got super hot then normal which I could tough out but it was not safe for my 3 year old. Also kept finding hairs everywhere. Have a good night and spend the extra $$ for somewhere newer

This is my first time at this hotel and it’s not bad at all. There is more than enough parking and it’s easy enough to find your room. My room included a King Sized Bed, Fridge, Microwave, 30″ LCDTV, and a coffee machine. The room also included WiFi but unsecured so use it at your own risk. Lastly, the shower has plenty of pressure and get decently hot. All in all, I would definitely come back here if I’m in the area.
