First off, they moved a couple blocks away to Washington St.(just past Washington and State). The phone number is the same, though. If you can’t find it, just give them a call and they’ll tell you where they moved. I came here from Chicago to have my vintage receiver repaired. This kind of equipment is very hard to replace, so I don’t trust it with just anyone. My brother raved about the work Electronics Diversified did on his vintage Luxman, so I decided that it was worth the trip to have them repair my receiver. All I can say is WOW. This store is amazing. They are still a little disorganized from the move, but you won’t find a store with better equipment anywhere. There is a real love for music and high-end audio equipment displayed by the staff at Electronics Diversified. Don was excited to throw on some music and show off the store, so I got to look around at(and listen to) gear that I never dreamed I would see(or hear) in one place. Their pricing is fair, and they are honest. That’s hard to come by in a lot of audio stores, anymore. They carry some extremely nice new high-end gear, as well as high-end vintage gear. Everyone I came across at Electronics Diversified was knowledgeable and friendly. I can’t imagine going anyplace else for my stereo equipment. Electronics Diversified is the best, period.

Best electronics store I’ve ever seen. They have rare vintage stuff and high end newer stuff as well. Feature all-tube products(even cd players lol) and solid state as well. Most awesome place I’ve ever been. best staff ever. They also do repairs on vintage stuff. Audiophiles –must– check this place out. edit: as of a couple months ago(2015) they are located on Washington Street about a block north of the old place on Walnut.

The only real Hi_Fi shop in Peoria! Both the Don’s(they’re both named Don) are extremely knowledgeable and willing to help anyone, be it a spotty teenager to an experienced audiophile! I first came to the shop when I was in high school and have since kept business with them. This is the ultimate stop in the greater Peoria area for vintage audio components as well as modern electronics.
