My thermostats were hooked up incorrectly and my AC and Heater ran for 3 days straight at the same time! I contacted the company and they sent out a repairman but it took 3 visits to fix the problem. I cancelled my contract until everything was fixed. They promised to pay for the difference in my electricity bill. It is about 2 weeks and someone finally showed up with a corrected contract. They did give me some free months and also threw in some extras. Things are resolved but I had to go through several people to get this straightened out.

Just got a house and had about a million people stop by trying to get us to do home security, do this do that. Pretty annoying, we have plenty of things we’d rather do than answer doors and tell people we don’t want their stuff. But since i am a nice guy i always listen to what people have to say. Nick and Carl are managers for the company i do believe. They were genuinely nice and seem like cool guys. They talked to me and my girlfriend both separately and we knew we wanted security but just not sure when and what company. Envision (Carl and Eric) really sold me, they showed us hidden cost on other guys, i dont consider this «bashing» but being truthful. Also ADP wasnt even the guy who sent someone out, because ADP is just the relay guy. It was some third party guy trying to sell ADP thru them, in which a third party contractor then comes out who also does your cable and other stuff to install it. Well Envision has their own guys. The installer was a cool dude and was super speedy on the install, he was 30 – 40 minutes late, and i was waiting on them to install so i could head to work late (on their behalf). They said no hidden charges, i got no hidden charges and just the first monthly fee. System is easy to use and ill have to update when i see electric bill to see if it really saves money like they both swore by.

Door to door salesmen was extremely rude. Insisted that if I didn’t buy a security system from him, that I didn’t care about protecting my family — even though I already have a fairly new alarm and camera system setup. Very pushy, poor language… Would never go with this company — no class. STAY AWAY!!!

This company knocked on my door about a month after my house was broken into, so I think it’s safe to assume they troll burglary victims as customers. They also rang the doorbell and were loud and yelling «HELLO» with another ring of the bell for good measure. What a joke. Thanks for responding, and I knew what company was knocking and ringing my door because I do have a front window in my home and eyes that work well enough to to read the logo on the vehicle. My housing community also has posted on the entrance a clear «No soliciting «sign.

had this system for a little over a year now. had a rocky install process with lots of delays but since they my system has been running well. only issue is i’ve had to replace the batteries for the gas detector twice already which i find odd. and they’re expensive $ 14 each batteries. i like the system and the alerts. working with monotronics has been fine also. price seems pretty standard and i like that i can access it all from my phone. i do wish when the alarm went off it wasn’t just the sound at the base, as mine is in a closed laundry room– from upstairs it might be difficult to hear it if lets say i was in the shower or had music on. it would be nice if there was another alarm sound upstairs.

I recently purchased services with them. Salesman was good, knowledgeable and not overly pushy (like others). The tech that came to do the install was also very good. He took his time in explaining the system and the install was very neat/​clean.
The follow up call was good… The only criticism I have is the contract. It’s not clearly pitched that there is a five year contact… it’s masked in «deals» and «savings»
The monitoring company is very helpful and dependable.
I would have given 5 stars if it wasn’t for the contract part…
Overall, I would recommend to friends and family.

I would not go through this business based on the door to door soliciting. Envision, you should try envisioning another way of advertising and speak to your salesman about the rule of thumb of sales: 1) DON’T insult competition and MOST IMPORTANTLY 2) DON’T insult the customer. *Oh, and if people don’t answer the door on the first ring, then don’t knock on the door.

I own a home and have it CLEARLY posted on my door «NO SOLICITORS» — yet they still rang the bell. When I came to the door, I asked «Are you selling something?» They said, «No, we thought you might want some free advertising.» I replied, «My door CLEARLY states No Soliciting.» He shows me a «No Soliciting» sign on the bottom of his clipboard and says, «Yeah, I have one of those too.» To which I said, «I am not interested.» — If it states on my door not to solicit, WHY would you continue to solicit? That is one sure-​fire way to make sure that you NEVER will get my business.
The «No Soliciting» tag on the bottom of the clipboard insists that they bother people who clearly don’t want to be bothered and his response «Yeah, I have one of those too» was unappreciated and inappropriate.

The front door salesman was easy to talk to, came in and made a sale. The next day the system was installed. The system itself is very easy to use and allows for phone access.
The website indicates $ 44.99 standard price and no additional fees with a 5 year contract. Worth it if you have valuables and want to keep your family safe.

I hired them to put in a security system. They were knowledable and nice, however a couple of items we specifically asked about during the contract signing were not accurate when it came to install and when I tried to address one of those items they told me the solution would have been another $ 250.
