Dr. Morgan and the entire staff are awesome! I used to come here but got lazy and went to an optometrist closer to home. Well Dr. Morgan’s intern found a mistake in one of my lenses. Dr. Morgan confirmed it. I will be returning to see Dr. Morgan.

My wife and I were very impressed with everyone we dealt with at this facility. They were upfront, sincere and very accommodating. All in all it was a great experience and I found out some things I never new before about macular degeneration and a health supplement you can take to reduce the risk, it’s called MacuHealth, I am going to give it a try. The young lady that assisted us with our glasses, etc. Regina was very well qualified and helpful not to mention very knowledgeable. If your looking for an eye clinic this is the place to go!

Beautiful place. Great location. Very nice and hospitable staff. Dr. Tanner is professional, unhurried, and knowledgeable of all the newest eye care trends. They have such a variety of frames to choose from and the staff on the frame purchase are fun and helpful. I enjoy my visit every year.

This is a very friendly practice. They listen to and address all your concerns and needs and take care of them… THey have every machine to check eye diseases which some other practices do not. This was the best exam I have ever had in my life. and he did discover something I am in the middle and the other eye dr never found it nor had a machine to even do so. I highly recommend this practice. I will continue going there.

I have been going to Eye Tech four a couple of years. I find they are very expensive and I have not had a good experience. My first set of glasses had to be re-ordered 3 times for the lab to get the prescription correct and then it still wasn’t right.(This was due to the dr’s lack of knowledge about the type of contacts I was wearing) I decided to return and give them another chance and although I believe Dr. Tanner did my prescription more accurately this time I got defective frames and they have had to re-order them twice because they ordered the wrong ones the second time. I’m looking for somewhere else. The only perk is that they are close to where I live and work and I did like the staff but I would not recommend them.

When to this place to get a yearly eye exam for contact lenses. My first impressions were not very good. I had to wait to check in while the receptionist at the counter had a private conversation with another employee. Then after I checked in she let me stand in the lobby for 5 min with no seating. After I joked that they need some seating, the receptionist casualty said the waiting are was in an adjacent room as if I was supposed to know. How long was she going to let me pace? Why didn’t she tell me where the waiting room was after I checked in? Not rude just unhelpful. The Dr was very knowledgeable, except he dilated my eyes when I specifically told his tech I didn’t want it, and even signed something saying i didn’t want it. The Dr. shrugged it off and said the tech didn’t put it in the chart. That might be true, but the doctor never said what he was putting in my eyes or what he was doing either which i didn’t appreciate. My real problem with this place is when how they make you buy contacts. Instead of the standard procedure where they go over you insurance and place your order after your exam, I was told to go home and use their website to order. The website doesn’t answer your questions about billing and insurance issues and can be confusing if you are not used to ordering your own contacts. I tried to calling the office 3 separate times one day to ask questions about their website no one answered the phone. I ended up having to go back to the store to get my questions asked. They were helpful on that second visit, and I eventually placed my order. But seriously what kind of office sends you home to order your own contacts and doesn’t answer the phone? Not good. Their ordering system is not customer friendly and the staff I met initially was not overly professional, friendly, or helpful. I’ve had way better experiences at big chain eye exam stores. I will not go back to this place.

I’ve been going here for a few years and loved the digital eye exam, and this year both my husband and I got our exams here. They had poor attitude with us getting our frames elsewhere. When I got my new spectacles back from the boutique I ordered them from, I was struggling with the new script so went back to Eye Tech to get the lenses checked. They said the lab created them WAY outside of tolerance and ACCUSED me of getting them online, charged me 30.00 for the script check, and refused to have the doctor see me again to do another refraction. Wow. I had the lenses checked by two other professionals, and they both showed the lenses WERE within tolerance. I felt the Eye Tech folks held my script hostage for ransom because I didn’t allow them full control over my spectacle purchase and they treated me wrongly and unprofessionally. I will not be going back there.

I’ve been going to Eyetech for the last 15 years. Dr. Morgan has been the optometrist for every member of my family, including my parents and siblings. He has been able to diagnose our eye problems accurately and comprehensively. I really like the staff here, especially the people who help you pick out your frames. I am always excited to go get my new glasses because they’re so eager to help me find exactly what I want. I’m not easy to please, because I want things like turquoise frames, or bright orange ones, or lime green. They help me find what I want every time. I recommend them to all my friends without batting an eye.
