My 6yr old daughter has been going to flames now for a few months, every Friday and Saturday. They work really well with her and take the time to provide her with the training she needs. She is still in level one and still has a lot of work to go before leveling up. The only thing I wish is that they would provide me (as the parent and very new to gymnastics world) more direction as to how i can help her to succeed and her progress thus far. It feels like she is going to be in level one for years at this rate… Other than that, this place is great!

We drive by two other gyms on our way to Flames. My daughter left one of those gyms recently and we are so very happy that we did. I feel like my daughter’s form and skill level have really improved in the six months she has been at Flames. At Flames, the coaches do not play favorites. They really renewed my daughters love for gymnastics again.
