Kevin McGraw – State Farm Insurance Agent

This is a great group of people. I recently purchased a vehicle for a small buisness and had a lot of concerns regarding getting vehicles properly insured for my employees. Ali and Melissa both went the extra mile to get my insurance set up and it took a huge weight off my shoulders. I have been a long time State Farm customer, but this experience really showed me I am in good hands with Kevin Mcgraw and his team.

I really recommend coming to this office. Everyone is courteous and super friendly. I have had nothing but amazing customer service from the highly attentive staff.

I love working with the people at Kevin’s office. I have always been helped out with all my insurance and financial needs by their awesome staff! Before enrolling to state farm for my car insurance, I had get my drivers license from other state cancelled out (it was already expired) and Kat from Kevin’s office found out most of the information for me on how to do it! All I had to do was fax over some stuff to them and they took care of everything. Wonderful experience working with these people! Always courteous and helpful.

The best service in Arizona! They know me and my family personally, we’re not just another policy holder to them. They explain everything completely, and even call when I can save money or just to wish me a happy birthday! Love them so much that when I got married and moved to Yuma, I combined my husband’s existing State Farm policy from here to Kevin McGraw’s office up there. State Farm is great, but even more fantastic when you do business with Kevin and Marilyn. The State Farm offices here in Yuma couldn’t even recognize my husband’s name after 5 years of doing business with them. We haven’t been married a year and Kevin and his crew know his name without looking on the policy. Made a claim this morning and less than 30 minutes I got a call from their office. They had everything handled already and just wanted to make sure our car was being fixed immediately. Very easy to do business with them even though we’re 3 hours away!

I hold the belief that almost all insurance salesmen are snake oil sellers… Not Kevin. He took the time to sit down with my wife and I and find out what was important to us and then he recommended coverages that we appropriate for our lifestyle and our goals. Oh, an it didn’t hurt that he saved us over $ 1,000 off of what we paid the year before. I recommend Kevin to anyone who asks about insurance!
