After being sent away from the Labcorp on 7200 W. Bell rd I went to this Labcorp. Easy to find and the people at the front desk were friendly. The lady that took my blood was very good and quick. She was also friendly and chatted with me while doing her job. My only two concerns they kept my paperwork that had personal information on it so I hope it does not end up in the trash and the carpet in the lobby had a lot of stains on it and needed to be cleaned.

Scheduled an appointment ahead of time and they still take walk-ins before people with scheduled appointments. The lobby was full of frustrated patients waiting to be seen. I made sure that I scheduled my appointment during non-peak hours but the wait was still two hours.

Lost my labs! These were time sensitive and are required to adjust my medication. Had the draw on 8⁄13. On 8⁄29 called to see why I did not get results — they had no results on record. 9⁄3 still waiting for an answer. There is no phone number to call — only email and all they tell you is «we are checking». HELLO! How long does it take to call your own lab location and find out what the heck happened, or just tell me Oops — come back in??? No one really seems to care here. Can’t get a human on the phone — locally or at Corporate. I never had these issues with Sonora Quest and will never go back to Labcorp again. Yes, I am crabby because I obviously need a fine tuning of my medication that I can’t have!
