I have been with Dr’s Luan and Birkholz for almost 20 years and through two rough pregnancies, one with twins. They are simply the nicest people with a competency level that I wish for my other doctors. Their staff is always polite and you can tell they are treated well because you don’t see new people every year.
Wait times can get a bit long, but it is a small practice and they are always kind enough to apologize. Personally, I’ve been the reason for some of those wait times, so I understand what can keep a doctor busy.
I trust them to their cores. In fact, I lived up near Chicago for a year, and I traveled down here twice to see them, rather than switch doctors.
