I am writing this review on behalf of my parents, Mike & Carol. They don’t have Unilocal.They wanted to me to relay that Lumber Liquidators, especially Justin who helped them, was awesome! They said Justin was super friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, and great with customer service. They also purchased too much flooring and were able to return the flooring they didn’t end up using super easily and with no questions asked. Overall the flooring looks beautiful, the experience was fantastic and they just wanted to make sure everyone at the store knew! Good job :)

I ordered 3 sections of American walnut butcher block counter from the Peoria store in May. it’s now the end of October and I still haven’t received all of the order. Every conversation ends with the company not knowing when they will have product delivered to their distribution center by the manufacturer. I am left with no assurance that the manufacturer will ever supply Lumber Liquidator’s with more. Just a sorry nothing we can do attitude. Meanwhile I have an incomplete kitchen 5 months later. I’m bewildered with how a company can be in the dark from one of their vendors and that be acceptable to them.

I hear so many problems, from people that don’t read the receipt they get.
It says on the receipt, you have 30 days to make returns. 30 days
I bought to much flooring and glue when I shopped.
I brought it back in two weeks & got a full refund.
I went to Lum. Liq. today to pick up some trim.
I swear there was some woman, bitching because she could not understand why she couldn’t get cash back for some items she had purchased over a year ago. The clerk was bending over for her. He was sending her a full refund.
The corp. office mails out refunds.
My return took 2 weeks.
She did not like it, she wanted her money now. You can’t make some people, ever happy.
If you want a money back guarantee,
join Costco. You will pay more, but you can bring back your purchase almost anytime.

Lumber Liquidators sells products they know won’t hold up in Arizona. They sold me a floor that requires a humidity level of Florida. I discovered this after I installed and made a claim when the floor started to delaminate. LL sent me a letter saying they are not resposible for «extreme conditions» That’s funny that they are selling a product in AZ that will only work in a tropical enviroment. Anyone else interested in a class action suit? My attorney is looking for other interested parties.
