Perhaps a decent company in regard to their work, but VERY poor customer service skills on the phone. I witnessed a phone conversation between a friend and an employee (perhaps even «Mike» himself) in which my friend was calling to make the business aware of reckless driving by a vehicle bearing the company’s logo, only to be yelled at, belittled, and insulted by homophobic slurs like, «Did your faggot boyfriend buy you a new phone for Valentine’s Day and you’re dying to use it?!?» Such a poor example of customer service when all that was intended was to make the business aware of how carelessly their brand was being represented in public.
