Would highly recommend this salon! All of the staff is super friendly and welcoming. I’ve never had any problems with getting my nails or toes done here. I would highly recommend Linda or Jen for any manicures and Helen for pedicures. They are absolutely fantastic!

Went here for the first time last week and my gel manicure peeled off on all 10 fingers after 3 days. When I went back on the third day they told me it would be free since they’re fixing their mistake and when my nail tech was putting oil on the manicure at the very end she told me it would «only be $ 10». I was livid and told her that I was already told it would be free and if they were going to charge me they should have told me that up front. I refused to pay and they acted like they were doing me a favor by waiving the $ 10 fee. Now after 3 more days two of my nails are chipping and peeling up again. I’ve been getting my nails done for over 10 years and never had an experience like this. Poor customer service and awful manicure. I’ll never go back there again.

Great place to go, the atmosphere is pretty relaxed! The owner Amy is very personable and she is super nice! So glad we found this place!

never get your eyebrows done waxed there half my eye brow is gone and it’s not even, but I guess you get what you pay for. they were very nice when I went back to get my money back but just offered to fix mine and get a free card to get them done next time, I think I’ll pass on that.

Every service here is provided w/​excellence. Friendly, clean and great techs! Pedis, manis, eyebrow wax, gel nails, acrylics etc… they have it all. Been going here for along time, no other salons in AZ compare! Thx Girls! xoxo, Kayla

This place always does a great job. I usually do the mani/​pedi combo. They are fast, reasonably priced and the owner is a sweetie. Even during busy times they work you in quickly. Helen gives the best leg massages ever!

This place is getting more and more popular but that won’t stop me from coming in. I always feel very at ease with the people who work there, and they always have the coolest designs!

I’ve been coming here for years. Amy the owner is very nice and gives 5% off for cash transactions. Helen is my absolute favorite. She is so nice and does such a great job. They do all kinds of fabulous designs, but you will pay more for that. Awesome manicures too. The gel French is wonderful and stays on for 2 – 3 weeks without chipping.

Well I use to like going to this salon…, I had a horrible experience with one of the nail techs there, I interrupted her tv show on her iPad when they told her to do my nails, she proceeded to not talk to me until she started drilling at my nail and drilled WAY to deep, she ended breaking my nail in half and told me that my nail was like that… She was rude and unprofessional! I ended up getting my nails fixed a week later in Virginia, they said that my nail was looking really bad. Needless to say, I won’t be going back to this salon ever again

I originally went to this spa about 5 years ago. I did not like how they did my nails. For the last 3 years this is the only place I will go. Clean, flexible, great service, friendly, comfortable, great colors, good massages, nice. I brought my mother (who is very high end) and she didn’t think she would like it, (no appts necessary???) she didn’t understand. After one manicure she is hooked, now each time she comes from out of state we go to Palace Nails.

Ask for Helen! Best pedicure I have ever received! So much time and care given to help relax and make it so worth it. I HAVE to come back. Happy feet! Get the signature and you’ll walk out feeling like you have new young legs!!! Thank you Helen!

Real nice place, great service and classy looking salon!

All the employees here to a fantastic job — mani, pedi or waxing! I’ve gotten gel, acrylics and just a plain ol mani — I’ve even gotten my husband to come in. Shop is clean, massage chairs are excellent — and if you pay cash they take a percentage off the bill. Highly recommend this shop!

The staff here is very nice. They have a large selection of gel colors. The quality of work is great and prices are reasonable. What more could a girl want? I look forward to going back very soon.

I have been going here for several years. I have natural nails so I am very fussy when they have to be cut back. I usually try to have Amy do my nails because of this. The spa chairs are great and I have never had a bad pedi… If you call ahead even an hour before it work well.
If you pay cash you get a discount… Works for me

I’m going to start off with this: It wasn’t terrible but it wasn’t all that great either. The salon was very neat and well decorated. The environment was nice, but it seems some of the technicians are not.
When I walked in there I was greeted and taken in right away without any wait. They directed me to a station and my nail technician was there ready for me. The technician did my nails well, but to be honest she was pretty intimidating. She was silent as a rock and was a bit rough on me. I sat there very awkwardly for about 20 min. not knowing really what to say or do other than let her work on my hand. I’m not asking for a best friend, but at least don’t make it awkward! She seemed to be rushing alot as if to get me out of there and it made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was intruding on her time. Not only that, but her attention seemed to be distracted as she would check her phone constantly. When you go into a nail salon you go because you want to be pampered, not to sit there awkwardly.
Pros:
–My nails came out pretty good
–Prices are not that bad
Cons:
–My technician was intimidating
–Not very attentive
All in all I think I would go again, but next time I will ask for a different technician.

I used to live in Phx, AZ and have moved to O. C, CA last month. I was reluctant to the idea of having to find a new nail salon since I had been going to Palace Nails for a year or so off and on. I thought I’d have a good shot at finding a decent place since I moved to the heart of an Asian community that is saturated with nail salons. I even used Unilocal to find one that had a lot of great reviews and was a referral to me from a friend. Let me just say that at the end of the appointment at this new nail salon, I was missing Tina more than ever!
Tina has been doing my full set and pedicure for the last couple years off and on and seriously does the best job ever! Whenever she does my nails they last forever, don’t crack, don’t have stupid bubbles and most important, she is very gentle with your hands and nails. I don’t know who Heather had for her nail tech but it obviously wasn’t Tina. If you do get a full set call in and set your appointment with **Tina or Jennifer**. They both speak fluent English so no miscommunication. Their facility is one of the best that I’ve been to– very elegant looking interior design and clean, new equipment. I drove 20 – 25 miles each way to go to this salon and was definitely worth the drive.
Try them out! Definitely worth it!

I went here to get my nails done about a year ago and they were completely rude to me and my nail technician cut me several times with her drill. She also drilled my real nails down so bad that I have dents in a couple of my nails that have never healed. Go up the street to Royal Tuyet Nails by Albertsons. Wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better.
