I love the different upgrades they offer, the staff at the 83^rd ave and thunderbird location are very nice and friendly. They have a great selection of tanning lotions, candles, lipgloss etc and are always offering discounts for these items. I wouldn’t choose another tanning place. Keep it up Palm Beach Tan

I love tanning at Palm Beach. The girls are all very friendly and knowledgeable. They know how to help you get a great tan customizable to you skin type. I always consult them on which bed to use and for how long.

I feel bad that this tanning salon has only received two reviews at one star! It seems that people are only upset about the employees up selling products. As a sales person myself, this is not a negative, salespeople make commission on products so why be upset if they are just trying to make money to provide for themselves.
Secondly, I used to work for iTan a while back and working at a salon you get to try different products and become passionate about the ones that work! Especially the smell of certain kinds or when you discover one that truly works and you have the interest in telling EVERYONE about the new discovery you have made!
This salon is busy, and that goes to show that people DO like this tanning salon and keep coming back. It is always clean, they provide baby wipes in the bathroom which is a nice touch and the girls are very sweet!
I signed up today for the monthly spray tanning membership and the two girls that assisted me in making the decision were very knowledgeable. Thanks again!

Only reason I decided to use this place was their extended hours, but thats the only +, there is always a wait n it seems to be their way of upselling their platinum beds, so on top of ur monthly dues its $ 14 more every single time. Thats crazy, salon closer to home will just upgrade you to avoid the wait and keep their customers happy. The young blond at the counter is only pleasent when you sign up, then you get her disinterested persona. I def will not reinstate my monthly membership after this month. Hope this helps, spend your $$ elsewhere.
