Papa John’s Pizza

I was pleasantly surprised by the online website, the quick delivery, the friendly driver, and the taste of the pizza. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger pizza well done and it was baked perfectly. By ordering online the special was a large bacon cheeseburger pizza for $ 12.99. Only reason i am rating it 4 stars is because papa johns or dominos or little ceasars are not 5 star pizzas. But papa johns was a nice change for delivery of a pizza going smoothly! The pizza tasted great and loved the dill pickles on top. Very different

I don’t order pizza by delivery very often, and today was a good example of why not. I ordered two pizzas for my work team today, and they were delivered TWENTY-​SEVEN MINUTES LATE. My guys are only allowed to take a 30 minute lunch, so they were left with barely 3 minutes to eat.
I would have been able to tolerate this mishap a bit better had there been anything more than a «sorry» offered. I complained to the driver, who explained that he was the only driver on shift and had 7 stops before my delivery was made. I then called later — after the lunch rush — and spoke with a manager. She also could only offer a «sorry» and made excuses for the delay.
I had planned originally to provide pizza from another place, but they don’t deliver to my plant. I’ll just be sure to go pick up at the other place next time… No mor Papa Johns for me!
