Dan came through big for me last year.
His shop had an item that was difficult to find elsewhere and they worked with me to land on a fair price that worked for both of us.
We had some issues with shipping and a couple other things, but every time I called Dan he was attentive and fixed the problem (s) right away.
A few months later I emailed back to see if they could get another one of the same item. Sure enough, Dan found one at another one of their stores and took care of the transaction for me; this time with zero issues.
I appreciate that Dan took extra time to work with me to complete not one, but two not-​so-​easy, state-​to-​state transactions. Thanks much!

Terrible place. First off, EBAY IS NOT GOD, Google does exist for something that hasn’t sold recently on eBay, which does happen. But this shop and its team of cretins decided since they couldn’t find on eBay what I had brought to their shop that it immediately was crap and worthless and they made sure I felt the same as their descriptions of my article. Word of advice: Hire someone who knows vintage Hi-​Fi before you treat customers in such a manner that is incredibly rude!
If I could sell for retail price I would, hence why I just wanted some money and I came to the shop. The bottom of the barrel gang that works there will make you and whatever you try to sell there worthless, as do many pawn shops, but these guys take the cake. In spite of them I’m going to eBay with my item and will sell it for MUCH more than they would have ever offered me. Thanks!
