man this guy is awesome my window stop working and it was raining call up this guy he was at my job in 30 min. was done it 1HR

Great job!
I texted Randy that my stupid power window broke again. He responded immediately and arrived the next day (I said I could wait until next day, no rush) and fixed the window quickly. He checked the speaker, locks and window control (quality work) and said I should be all set.
I saved time and hundreds from going to the dealer or even a specialty repair shop, as I had in the past. I hope I don’t have to use the warranty, but it’s nice to know I have one from Randy.
Randy’s tip: use your power windows often to keep the hardware active, especially in the heat. We’ll see if that helps.
I’m sure we’ll see Randy again on a different window or other car. THANKS !!!

Hate to leave bad reviews, but customer service is really important to me.
Window tech called around 10 am to say he was 40 minutes away. Waited till noon and finally we contacted him to see if they were still coming.
Got a response at one (an hour later) that it was going to be another hour and a half.
I would not have minded if they would have contacted us to let us know they were running behind.
Cancelled and found another company

The truth.
Called at 7 am to tell that it was wrong car.
Texted at 10:20 to get eta… said at that time 40 minutes till he arrives.
Noon still no arrival. Text to get eta and now
another hour and a half.
Response from owner… «Thanks for your address»
And «karma is a bitch».
Keep all text and calls from this company… Very scary.

I contacted this company to repair my windows on my car. Randy seemed likeable and agreed to have his «guy» come to my ofice & do the work. He never showed or called. I called again a few days later & spoke with Randy again, this time he offered to come do the work personally. Again no call/​no show.
I tried one more time to bring my business to Phx Power Window Repair by attempting to bring my car to his «shop» which turned out to be an old mailbox place.
I have never been followed up with or contacted again from this company.
Don’t waste your time or energy with Phoenix Power Window repair (haha) they are a joke!

Randy was quick to respond to all of my questions via email and able to meet with me at the scheduled time, the same day. He was very professional, knowledgeable, efficient and just fantastic! All on two days before Christmas!!! Just great service in a time of need for me. Randy even was very cost effective when ordering parts and the fee of his service. Will use this company again. Jillian
