One of the girls behind the counter forced $ 30 lotion and $ 3 goggles on me. And tried to again when I went to tan a second time and didn’t bring my own goggles. You can buy throw away ones for 25 cents. The location is really convenient but the service is questionable. The guy that works there is really helpful and nice. They apparently only have one stand up bed. For $ 33/​month. The convenience of the location is not worth it. I’m happy to drive a bit farther to tan for $ 20/​month, no goggle issues, no lotion issues, and no waiting for a stand up.

Had really horrible service here. I went to tan, they said I had already tanned that day when I definitely hadn’t. They refused to believe me and made no effort to figure out what happened (if someone was using my account or what). needless to say I never went back. Go to the sunroom for good service!

There is a coupon online for 3 free tans for new customers. The girl behind the counter made recommendations on beds and lotion (and wasn’t just trying to upsell, since she knew from comments I made that I wasn’t brand new at this stuff). She was so nice and helpful, and I will be purchasing a membership because of the customer service and the great bed selection. Plus, this particular store is in a very convenient location.
