Savvi by Mr. Formal

My fiancé and I just experienced perfect customer service from Consuela at Mr. Formal. She went above and beyond to make sure his tuxedo was exactly how he wanted it and even stayed 45 minutes past closing time to make tiny adjustments to make sure he was completely satisfied. It isn’t often you experience this level of service nowadays. I highly recommend her and Mr. Formal for all of your special occasion needs.

My fiancé had to go to this store to get measured for an out of town wedding. Consuela assisted him and was very nice and professional. His tuxedo came out perfectly fitted!
We live about 40 minutes from this shop and there are plenty of other tuxedo shops near our home, but we decided to make the drive when planning our own wedding so we would get the same great results.
I went in this time and I agree that Consuela is amazing! I was undecided on tux styles and colors and she was very helpful. She took her time with us and I did not feel rushed at all. She measured my fiancé again, our older son, and our younger son who she was very patient with. Our little guy can be quite rambunctious and asked a lot of questions! Consuela was so sweet with him and answered them all.
I highly recommend this store. Everything turned out perfect!

thank you to the guys in peoria great job!!! but on the other hand the store on northern the manager cansuela was very rude and did not fix the problem we had we picked up my sons tux and shoes day before prom the shoes were horrible they had grass inside the the shoe strings were shredded and on top the shoe had big cracks on them. when brought to her attention she did not help solve our problem she made it worse by arguing we did not get replacement shoes had to go buy some and we are not going to get our money back right away… spent almost 200 dollars for crappy serve… cansuela you need to be fired!!!
