I have been following Kathy for a while now and she is so good she knows what I want and blowdrys my hair very nice and big… The salon is beautiful and clean I love it

This is my new salon, and I love it. It’s so bright and clean and welcoming. Great location in a cute little shopping area. The staff there is very friendly, and it’s a classy place. They offer you refreshments while your hair is processing, and I really like that. Just a little something extra to make you feel special. Ask for Kathy, she will take great care of you. She’s great with curly hair, straight hair, highlights and color.

I just got my haircut here on Saturday and I thought the service was good. I just wanted a trim and she only gave me a trim, just what I wanted. Place was clean and everyone seemed friendly. I would go back here again to get another haircut.

Drove over for an appointment here only to find out that the stylist had quit many weeks ago and nobody was available to tackle the job in their place, nor was the appointment valid any longer. Was given some backhanded apology about how they «only» gave two weeks notice and that wasn’t enough time to call all of her clients and let them know. Seriously? The appointment system here is completely centralized, so anyone could gone through the appointments and called to let customers know. If the stylist didn’t have time, the owner should have stepped in. The fact that they didn’t is pure laziness on their part and shows a complete lack of empathy for the customer, plain and simple.
It’s also a somewhat ironic cop out, since they always have plenty of time to call and confirm the appointment the day before or the day of. One would think that if you wanted to keep your clients when a stylist leaves your shop, the astute business owner would make sure the customer finds out sometime –before– they wander into the salon and make a fool of themselves asking for someone that hasn’t worked there in weeks (at least), expecting to get their hair cut.
To wit, the owner did not even offer to set us up with another appointment or suggest another stylist, she just let us walk out the door after several years of doing business with them on a regular basis. Wow, just wow.
Gladly taking our business somewhere else and cannot recommend them.

Jenny is awesome! I highly recommend her! She knows what she’s doing and talking about! I used to get my hair done at dolce and I will never go back! My hair has never been as heathy as it is since I started going here! I highly recommend doing the olaplex treatment everytime! Great prices and worth every penny! I will never go to another salon :)

I was in a pinch to get a haircut when I found Shear Reflections. I called and was offered an appointment within a couple of hours with Andrea. When I arrived Andrea was ready for me. She asked me how I wanted it cut and how I normally wear it. I am very impressed with the haircut I received and I am sure it is because Andrea took the time to understand me and my needs.
The price was very reasonable, so along with the quick availability and a great haircut I would highly recommend the salon and Andrea to other women who don’t want a «dollar store» haircut.

After styling my hair myself for a couple of days, I realized I didn’t receive the great cut as I first thought. The cut was not done to the shape of my head, but pulled up from bottom, leaving weird choppy lines. I had to have it recut elsewhere a few days later. I’m out $ 35.

Shear reflections is incredibly clean. The ladies who work here are talented and friendly. I have been seeing Danielle for my nails for years and I love her. She does a great job and I get tons of compliments on my nails. Within the last year I started seeing Kelli for my hair. She does amazing work.
It is so nice to come to a salon for everything. I totally recommend both Danni and Kelly. I love them.

Kim is the owner and on top of the latest trends! She does a consistently excellent job of maintaining my 2-​B/​C whirly-​wavy permed locks! I won’t trust ANYONE else to touch my hair! Her daughter Jenny is pretty amazing too!

Best haircut I’ve had in a long time. The stylist listened to me, gave me what I asked for, and she gave me some tips on how to style (when I asked her). I mentioned I saw it on Unilocal and still the 10% discount was not offered. I may go every couple of months or so… it’s a little pricey. I wanted to use a nice salon because I was changing my hair more than normal this time. I usually only get just a microtrim so… $ 30 is a little too much for that. But the place was very clean and modern. Loved the décor.

This is the best place ever… I’ve been so impressed with every visit. I see Kelly and she is wonderful, the stylist seem to all work well together and make this a pleasurable visit. I am a loyal customer never changing salons,

I’ve heard good things from a friend so I decided to drop by for a haircut. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the salon and how professional the staff was. Pleasantly surprised — especially with the more than reasonable prices. Looks like I won’t be going to Great Clips anymore.

I went to Shear Reflections a few months ago for a haircut. Susan is the absolute BEST! I wanted a big change. I had super long hair and she cut it above my shoulders. I came in and told her what I was wanting to do and she was so excited to do something outside of the norm… I showed her a picture and off she went. I absolutely LOVE my hair! After I got it cut tho, I had a hard time styling it the way that she did. So I asked her what she did again to get some tips and she just had me come back in and showed me a few different things to do with my hair. I thought it was awesome that she went that extra mile for me. I won’t go to anyone else anymore when it comes to my hair!
