Came here to do a little jumping but was sadly surprised to hear that they had increased their normal Wednesday prices due to the «holiday». Since its Veterans Day and the normal price was increased I figured that they would offer a Veterans discount. The girl at the register gave me $ 2 off which was still more then the standard non «holiday» price. So to sum things up. This disabled veteran just had to pay more at Sky Zone simply because it was Veterans Day. Way to celebrate Veterans day sky zone.

Love it there, clean, friendly staff, prices are ok. Food is overpriced but the kids love to get their jump on at this place. Beats the rest!!!

It’s a great spot for an hour or so of fun. Staff is very young but they interact well with the kids. Lots to do and it completely wiped out my little guys. Price is more than reasonable.

So I brought my 4 and 2 year olds kids here. Parents can’t jump or be on the trampoline with their kids at all.

This place is awesome. They have awesome staff that are mature, fair, and fun! The dodgeball is super fun. The ball pit is a little old and worn but still fun! The basketball is fun and can fit anyone. They have a toddler section for ages 0 – 4. This trampoline park is super fun. And i would go back.

Kids have a blast every time. 2 hrs of play for under 20 bucks per child is fair. Great exercise and great food area

My son and I do love this place. We have been coming here for two years and he is four years old now. But every time we come it’s a new rule and a new price. Toddler time constantly changes the price and the deal. We used to not wear socks, Now we have to wear socks. Sometimes we can jump anywhere other time it’s limited. I just wish it was consistent.

We made my son’s first trip to sky zone today. Everything was set up great but the customer service side of things was terrible. I am an adult with a two year old and the girl from 3 – 4 pm watching the child zone was completely rude and made me feel like I was a child being scolded for doing something wrong, when I was simply holding my son because it was his first time there, it was a very unfamiliar place to him, and he wasn’t quite sure about it yet. Apparently that’s not okay. I understand rules but I do not feel that applies to the «one person per square» rule. Could use nicer people.

The price was right for the time. I expected more activities once inside, but it was just trampolines. The pizza is ordered from a local restaurant so the wait is at least an hour wait to eat. The eating area was pretty messy. We were there for almost three hours and someone only came by to clean once.

It was okay. Went for toddler time and there was hardly anyone there. This place is better for kids maybe 5 and up. The foam pit was okay but for 2 kids with socks and myself it’s not worth $ 14 for the measly hour we were there before my son got bored. Also, they are very adamant about wearing their special socks if you are anywhere close to the trampolines/​padded areas but not a single employee was wearing the socks. Just regular sneakers. At $ 2.00 a pair, granted they are reusable, practice what you preach! Probably won’t be back until my kids are older.

I love this place. From open jump with my kids to the exercise classes. So fun, reasonably priced, and very clean. They have a good order of things, great team, and friendly vibe. An easy way to stay active when being outside isn’t an option. The team members are always on point keeping kids safe, making allowances for special needs, and always willing to help. I plan to keep coming here for a long time; with my kids and my adult friends.

I brought my wife and six year old son to this place. It was my first experience at a place like this and I had a blast. My son was entertained and worked up a good sweat. The food is just as pricey as a baseball game or movie theatre. It’s spacey and offers different levels of trampolines for children of all ages. I really enjoyed it.

My kids like Jump Street more, but I think that is cause they have more kids there. I believe it is due to the location. This place does not smell like feet and I like that. I bet if they moved more centrally they would be packed all the time. I liked the food court and the corn free yogurt they had. Reading it changed management and don’t know if they have changed since we have been there. My family goes to both jump places and unfortunately any where you go you are always at risk of getting hit with the ball hard. I teach my children to be kind and apologize if they accidentally were to cause someone to feel bad, many times you have rough necks and you just have to communicate to someone so they can encourage better choices or they can remove them. I have seen that at all jumping establishments.

It was so fun here prices are decent $ 15 for 120min. On Friday a DJ is there and toddlers are $ 6 unlimited!!!

After talking with the owner, I wanted to re-​review skyzone. They have made some new changes and I really feel like they are headed in the right direction.
My 3 kids and hubby all had a blast jumping today. I’m glad my husband was able to play and interact with the kids (newly changed rule). I also could tell that the staff has been in quite a bit of training, as the interactions with us and other people we saw were much better.
I feel much more confident in going back in the future, because I feel like this place genuinely cares about each child’s safety and also about having fun.

Bought a Groupon so my kids could try this place. When we got there we were informed that the «new owner» wont accept the Rejoins that they sold and were willing to give us a $ 2.00 meezly discount. We left and went to Jump street… where it was cheaper than this place and my kids had a blast! Thanks for crappy customer service Skyzone.

It’s so expensive but the kids love it. I love it because it doesn’t smell like sweat and feet. I like that the smaller kids aren’t stuck in a pen in the back. If you remember to bring your socks back its great — otherwise you have to buy new ones. Bah.
Better than Jumpstreet.

Place used to be reasonably priced jumped up in 2014 even though nothing was added some of the trampolines were closed definitely not worth the prices. They also make you sit in bleachers till you’re up kinda dumb. For the the price increase they should at least throw in the socks. Plus it smells in there. I will definitely drive further to Jumpstreet!!!

… that was the sound of your child getting obliterated in the face by a 40mph dodgeball.
Yeah– teenagers (some who work there and are not on the clock) and kids mix in the dodge-​ball arena with an incompetent staff member who watches the madness and does absolutely nothing to facilitate it.
After pegging some of the teenagers to give them a taste of their own medicine, one pegged me on the side of the face as I openly (with my hands in the air) and calmly made my way out of the area. My ear never range so hard and loud for 20+ minutes and I was concerned about permanent hearing damage (mind you, I played football at a very competitive level and have been hit much harder with significantly weaker side effects in the past) That kid was lucky that I turned the check for Jesus and didn’t give him a classic &^% whooping. The staff member saw it and did nothing about it.
The other areas are more relaxed and spacious. The trampolines provide a fun leg workout and I’ll probably feel it tomorrow. The wait to check-​in was a bit long. They give you some ‘trampoline shoes’ that have been worn by who knows how many people.
But, the dodge-​ball thing is just out of control. If I saw my kid get pegged by a teenager, things would get pretty interesting up in there. So, I do recommend taking your kid here, but just make sure to keep an eye on them and report anything inappropriate to the management.
