I had to wait 45 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was in the store. The sofa and chair I wanted were not in stock at the store, so it had to be ordered from the warehouse. It’s been over two weeks, and I’m still waiting for my delivery. I’ve been charged for this, but still don’t have my furniture. This was my first and will probably be my last time shopping at Sofa Mart.
