Special T’s

I was participating in a cancer walk and wanted to have my team’s shirts professionally done so I did not have to spend the time doing them myself.
Part of me wishes I had to save myself from the stress that I dealt with trying to get these shirts.
I popped in one day on my way home from work, just get to some pricing on shirts. The lady that helped me was very nice and very helpful. I got the prices I need and was on my way. A few nights later, I discovered that you could design the shirt online. BIG thumbs up to that because I like knowing exactly what the shirt is going to look like. Problem with this software, it doesn’t have a profile or save option so you have one chance to make that shirt and send it in, there is no editing or saving to mess with the shirt later on if you need.
I sent my shirt design in a little late at night so I figured she would call the next day. She called me back THREE days later and spoke with me about everything. Jan is the sweet lady ever and I used to work next to her at the Domino’s next to her. We discussed the shirts and I thought we got the order placed. She told me in an email that it only took 10 – 14 days for the production of the shirts so I waited a whole 16 days until i emailed her about the shirts. She emailed me back, stating that my order slipped through the cracks and was not yet started. My walk was 10 days away at this point and I started to panic. She informed me that they would start on them as soon as possible and get them completed before the walk.
Yes, she did get them done but it was literally the day before the walk. The shirts look amazing and I loved them but the main reason why I only rated a two was because I turned my order in a month before I needed them and I did not get them till the very last minute. Her shirts are beautiful but the time and stress that it took to get the shirts was not worth it.

They were great and helpful. We had our youth soccer shirts done here. They got the shirts to me on time and exactly how I wanted them to be. Very affordable and would definitely recommend them.

I ordered Fire Department shirts for a department here in the valley. I ordered these shirts a month or so before I needed them. They have me a date that I could pick them up a week prior to the date I needed them. When I showed up on the date they were said to be finished they said they were busy and I’d have to come back in three days. I was on shift that day so I came in the following day. Guess what, they’re still not finished and I’m here writing this post as I wait. I’m giving them two stars just because I’ll have them by the time I need them.

As a business owner I need to know the products I request are done to specifications. These guys are the best. They always make time to discuss my order and ensure that I get exactly what I want.
