The storage place «guaranteed» a free truck to help move in. I inquired and they said the driver was sick so I would have to move my own stuff in. They wouldn’t even give me a discount, and when I asked if they would allow me to use it to move out, a «no» was all I got. Then, I ended up moving out 2 days after my «new month» started, and I couldn’t get a refund as well (same as the other reviewer). I have many friends who are in between places or need a storage place and I tell them all to steer clear.
