Today my wife took my youngest son who is two years old for a trim and after listening to what she had to say about this place, I couldn’t resist but to post my feelings. She went in mid day and is the only customer waiting. There are two ladies cutting hair. The one that just finishes unexpectedly comments out loud how exhausted and tired she is. Now I don’t know about you, but I can relate. It’s just that I wouldn’t vocalize this with customers near me, especially knowing I would be rendering services like cutting hair. Shortly after another gentleman walks in. My wife is sitting there with my son and the other lady there takes the guy that came in after my wife and son had been there waiting. Understandable, to a degree — maybe it’s her client. Here’s where things get worse, The gal that’s absolutely doing nothing by now, Mrs. Tired, begins to clean her equipment and sweep around acting lethargic. It took her 10 minutes literally to clean off a few pieces and sweep some hair. All this with the client just sitting there. You would think cutting hair makes for a living, apparently not. And just when you’d think that it couldn’t get worse, she begins to question my wife about how well behaved my son is, if he’s squirmy and whether he sit still. She then has the nerve to ask if he’s ever had a haircut! Ok, hint hint — my thoughts are if you don’t want to cut my child’s hair, just be straight out about it. She stated that she’s afraid if he doesn’t sit completely still she will«stab» him, now how professional is that? Then she goes on with comments such as «I’m afraid I might hurt myself» in the process. She finally takes him and my wife sits close by to assist. And by this time obviously my son is a little antsy. My wife mentioned that in motherly way she smacked him on hand, redirecting him to behave and then once again on the thigh. Then the lady begins to comment, «oh it breaks my heart to see that»… As if it wasn’t obvious enough she didn’t want to deal with them. A few minutes later she stated she can’t cut his hair and that there would be no charge. My wife was made to feel not only like an unfit mother, but also like an worthless person and customer. The gal was a Caucasian lady in her mid-30s with short hair(my wife description). I would suggest staying away. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. We are never coming back again. We did not feel welcome or valued as a customer.

I went off of the«not recommended» reviews and downloaded the app as one user suggested. I have left my high end salon to come here and get my hair cut by Ashley. The salon has an easy-going atmosphere and the girls here enjoy what they do. I love how they all laugh and joke with each other! They aren’t territorial about their clients and that makes it easy for me if I have to stop in and my girl isn’t there. Would definitely recommend this place!

Love this Supercuts location! All the employees are friendly and make you feel welcome, especially Ellie. Ellie is the only hair stylist I have let touch my hair since moving from the east coast this past year. She listens to what you want done and does it with perfections, from my hair to my eyebrows she is fantastic!

I’ve stopped in or used the mobile app to check in to get my hair cut about once a month for the past several months. I’ve been very satisfied with the cut, the stylist and the wait time. The location is convenient and I am happy with the service. I definitely will continue to go here.

Do not go here. My friend went in to get a haircut and he came out with messed up haircut. It was so crooked! The lady did offer hair products and was very friendly, though.

Went for a haircut and was told if I wanted it shorter or didn’t like it then to come back and she’d fix it. Assuming I’d be able to get it done for no charge I made a phone call to them a few days later and they said I would be charged. I should have stuck with my usual hair stylist instead of going there. I guess customer satisfaction doesn’t matter with them.
