Terrible service! Ordered a shirt and sticker from our team order, after 2 weeks of waiting I called and talked to Brenden Ulatowski in sales. He was rude and very short, like I was bothering him. I will never return to this place! Cleats is right down the street and have wonderful customer service.

John is the most patient and kind salesperson we have ever worked with. Our 13yo was kind of intimidated by all the new football gear he had to try on and keep trying on until John was satisfied that he would be safe on the field. I am so glad we went there and feel good about putting my kid on the field.
John spent over an hour with us and worked hard to make sure our son was comfortable with the choices made.
Prices were reasonable. Store is clean. And the staff has alot of patience and knowledge.

Terrible experience! Placed an order before deadline for my son’s «Spirit Pack» for High school football. Said if we ordered by deadline we would receive it in time for his football camp. Received text 2 hours before he needed to go on the bus to camp and said we could come by and pick up. Left work early to pick up and asked to be reimbursed for freight charges since they didn’t ship it and they said NO Sorry. Thought that was a very poor way to treat a customer.

Went for the first time today, kinda hidden but called ahead to get the address. They had the cleat I was looking for, and for about $ 20 cheaper. When I went to the register, it was $ 15 cheaper than the sale price! I saved about $ 35 by finding this place. They have a huge selection in sporting gear. A wall dedicated to Wooden Baseball Bats. It was a neat place to visit.
