We heard about Universal through a friend over 12 years ago and we still have them back every month! We are on our 2nd house with them and have never had an issue. They’ve taken care of insects, ants and even bee’s. Their staff is professional, courteous and punctual. As long as we live in the north valley, Universal is our pest control company.

I’ve used Universal Pest Control exclusively for about 7 or so years. I have been very happy with their quality of products and people. I signed up for their warranty program where they dig a ditch around your house and install Termidor. Then, all I need to do is have an annual inspection. If a tube pops up (or down), they come out and fix it!
Another great thing about UPC is the excellent people. Their inspectors are very nice, professional and clean people. No shady-​looking meth-​addict types who look like they’re casing your house. They even put on little show guards when walking inside.
Highly recommend these folks!

AWESOME! I’ve used this company for years! Their prices are great. The employees are friendly, well spoken. I never have any pest issues between service dates. I will continue to use them as long as I can!
