If I could give 0 stars I would. We are staying in the jungle room paid $ 1200 for the month. They got our money and we get RATS BAD ELECTRIC & YELLED AT All because we asked for something to get rid of rats which my hubby had to screw in the wood at least 3 times to keep them out… they then tried to kick my family out with no commendations… VASH had to step in a buy the toothbrushes the RATS chewed up .They could not even do that… Balin is very passive aggressive and Loren just wants your money… Btw there is 6 year kid that will drive you nuts.

Hubbie, dog and I stayed here when we first moved to the Big I. It’s a cool, funky house with fun people. Affordable and a great location– close to the coast and also to town. We LOVED that the owner was super flexible about changing our reservation when we suddenly found a house to move into :) Made our big move pleasant and such a relief!
