Exotic Nails

I made an appointment for 12:00 and had to wait 20 minutes. If you make an appointment you shouldn’t have to wait that long.
The inside of the salon is big and nicely decorated. Relaxing vibe.
The pedicure was fine, the lady tried to up sell me on additional services but that is expected.
I went to tip her and asked for change for a 10. She gave me two 5s. I consider this rude as if she was expecting me to leave her a $ 5 tip. Tips should not be expected, they are earned based on the service provided.
I rated this a three because of having to wait and the tip assumption.

I got a gel manicure done here last night and the guy got polish all over my skin and missed a lot of the nail. I would not suggest going here.

Walked right in and with in 10 – 15 minutes was seated. Very clean and welcoming. Highly recommend this place!!!

Good, clean place. Friendly staff. Walked in around 3 on a Friday, no wait for a nice mani/​pedi that cost around $ 40. I’ll definitely be going again!

I went to exotic nails today to get my acrylics filled. So the women removed the polish and then went to remove one of the acrylic nails (with out soaking it in acetone just picking it off) as she is removing it with this sharp tool she goes under my nail and makes me start to bleed. She did not put gloves on, very unsanitary and unprofesional and continued to work on the nail without apologizing. I asked the lady what she did and she started laughing (not sure what was so funny) I asked her again and she continued laughing. One of the men that works there came over to explain what happened. also my finger was still bleeding and no one did anything about it besides put something on it and made it burn and sting. I told them not to touch me until my mom came back in a few minutes. When my mom got there the women proceeded to try to put new acrylics on me (finger still slightly bleeding) The man then brought me to his station removed all my acrylics and let me leave with my nails filed horribly. All they did was offer me water and tissues because I was so angry and in pain I was upset. I will never be going back to this place again. (doesn’t deserve any stars, wont let me post without rating it)

Everyone here is super nice! This salon is very clean, and the atmosphere is relaxing. They accept credit cards, but be sure to bring cash for the tip. I can’t recommend Exotic Nails enough. I won’t go anywhere else!

This place is excellent! Half the staff are men so that was a little awkward at first but once you get used to them rubbing your feet it’s fine! I’ve gotten several mani pedis here. They renovated last year and it’s a very relaxing atmosphere, all updated décor. I rated four stars because you cannot tip on a card and their eyebrow wax technician wasn’t very good. She got the job done but no tweezing afterwards so there were strays.

Great salon! I’ve been in a few times now and the finished product has always been perfect. The atmosphere is very relaxing too, which is a huge plus.
