I come here almost on a weekly basis, they have great prices on juice. Only wish I could order ahead of time like online or something cause it usually takes 20 minutes to prepare because they make it on site. Other than that it’s great.

So first of all, I’ll say that I’m new to vaping. That’s why I’m glad I found this place. A friend of mine gave me a 50w istick with a tiny bit of juice as I’m trying to quit smoking cigarettes. Needless to say, it’s a bit more complicated than I expected. The guys at 23 Vape Lounge (Greg and Hayden) were not only friendly and knowledgeable, but they weren’t pushy or condescending, even though I’m a beginner. They showed me how to disassemble, clean, and maintain my istick. They were also a wealth of information about different types of juice flavors, chambers, coils, and all sorts of other stuff I had no clue about. They even went so far as to help me attempt to replicate the flavor I came in with, successfully I might add. I’ll definitely be coming back.

This place is heaven-​sent. It’s conveniently located on 23, which is on my way home from work. The staff are all really kind and all three visits I’ve made so far have ended with me having exactly what I wanted at a very fair price. Their house juice is really solid, and they create it right in front of you instead of running off to some secret room, which is often the case at other vape shops. I’ve yet to taste a bad flavor and I’m insanely picky and disagreeable about most flavors.
The best part is that they aren’t a bunch of pushy hipsters trying to prove something to you (or their parents, or themselves). They’re just genuinely nice people who work in a clean, laid-​back establishment. Stop by and see for yourself.

Don’t be fooled, this place looks like someone’s house but it isn’t. You can tell by the small OPEN sign on the front. And let me tell you I wish it was off when I arrived there today. I went in with a buddy of mine hoping to find a little piece of vaping heaven out of all the garbage vape shops I’ve been to. I was severely let down however. When I walked in i didn’t see any employees or anybody at all for that matter. I was then called over to their «juice lab» by one scraggly bearded gentleman. He handed me a list of flavors and had some CE3 tanks for testing the juices out. But when I asked for a specific flavor he had no clue where it was on the rack. THEY WE’RE ALL JUMBLED UP AND DISORGANIZED! I’ve never had a worse experience at a vape store… well other than good guy vapes. That place is just awful. I bought a vanilla custard flavor, he mixed it up for me, and stuck it in a baby bottle warmer. I asked him what for and he told me it was an automatic steeping process! Yeah right! Anyway, the juice I got was garbage and I will never return again. Maybe if they organize a little better and get some staff that isn’t baked, then we can do business.
