No nuts served due to allergies. Beautiful patio for nice weather eating. Almost always room for everyone at this under-appreciated under-ground nook. Parking front and rear. Always clean. Waitress Tammy is great and almost always here. Turkey and beef cooked on-site. The best Turkey Rachael, butternut soup, chicken salad and omelettes. A UNIQUE, growing small town, off the beaten path with so much opportunity.

Enjoyed lunch on the patio at C&C’s. The service good and so was the food. I had a wrap special with some of the best sweet potato fries I ever had. Will be back again soon!

My mom and I have come here a few times now. We always get the same thing: Eggs Benny, with ham and a square hashbrown and some coffee. Everytime it is delicious and it’s only $ 7. Which to me is the cheapest I’ve even seen that dish. The hashbrowns remind me of mcdonalds but crispier and tastier. They also have nice outside seating and the tables are decent size, comfy chairs and not leaning every which way. That all being said I’m only giving this place 3 stars because the menu is nothing special, classic breakfast foods(which I’m sure are fine — I mean how can you screw that up) I like to get the eggs benny because it’s a pain in the ass to make at home and I can get eggs with toast anywhere(my house). Also the service is hit or miss. If they’re busy(weekends) it can be really aweful. If they would just hire/put one more person on the floor I think they would be ok. Everyone is extremely nice though and that’s why I go back. They could be crappy servers with crappy attitudes but they aren’t.

Cute little nook for breakfasts and lunches. It’s a cozy hole in the wall diner. Keep your expectations to just that and you won’t be disappointed. The service is friendly, they enjoy regulars, and they will remember you if you come in often! Food is your typical American diner type.

Been there so many times over the years! Love this place — you may pass it right by as it is under the sidewalk level but during the nice weather they have an outdoor seating area in front to draw attention. Food is always good and portions are huge — like take home part of it. Adore their Turkey Rachel and the pancakes are so yummy! Never had a problem with service — always pleased with the offers of more coffee or other beverages and checking in on us. Also never rushed to leave — allows for conversation during and after the meal while we finish up coffee.

Fantastic little breakfast plate right in Olde Towne Perkasie. We dined here when visiting my parents. The breakfast was phenomenal. I ordered the cream chipped beef. Very hot and fresh. The toast was very fresh. Their omelets are also great and custom made. Coffee is very fresh, not burnt at all. Great value. Outdoor dining in the summer makes this place a must for anyone looking for a quick breakfast in Perkasie. Service was wonderful. Fast and fresh — the best qualities for any breakfast place.

First time I’m writing a review. Had to join Unilocal just to review this place. The food is decent enough but the service is the worst I’ve ever seen. Waited an hour and a half just for breakfast. I was just getting ready to pick up and leave. This was after waiting 15 minute to be seated and then another 15 minutes to get a cup of coffee. Seems to me the Locals were served before us. I was about to lose my mind.

Love this place! My husband and I affectionately call it C&C music factory(90s reference) and hit it up on weekends for breakfast or brunch. No frills, antiquated diner décor but kind service and solid, good food with fresh ingredients. Specials are always enticing and they do the standard fare really well. Very reasonably priced and love the unpretentious and bustling atmosphere.

Why would you advertise«fresh fruit» as part of a «special» during the harvest season in the heart of Bucks County farm country and then bring out the usual tired melon and cantaloupe with one half-rotten squishy grape and three slices of banana that were themselves half over-ripe mush? I guess they don’t want to waste the stuff that’s gone bad, so they serve it to a customer, who doesn’t eat it, then they can feel like it’s the customer that’s throwing it in the bin. Up-charge for egg whites or egg beaters is $ 2.00, about twice what is fair to the customer even for a 3-egg dish. Home fries really greasy, hash browns are«fresh frozen» patties out of a bag. But hey, the restrooms are really clean, so they’ve got that going for them.

This place is so weird… service is slow. not a problem if the food is good. Which it isn’t, the best part of the bfast was my wife s toast. The eggs were rubbery and my sons pancakes(while huge) had absolutely no flavor. Another really weird aspects of this placeis its interior which is in desperte need of an upgrade. It doesnt have to be modern it just needs to be better. You can do «smalltown chic» way better for just a little investment. Not gonna try this place again, too many other places to go. Should have known when nobody I know even knew where it was.

Very poor service… We came back to give this place a second chance. Slow to bring food out(an hour for eggs!) and plenty of excuses on why it takes so long. Would not come back.

Great little spot for breakfast or lunch. There’s nothing super out of the ordinary on the menu, but the daily specials always catch my eye. The caramel cream Belgium waffle is to die for! They also have great home/made soups that change daily. Reasonably priced and friendly service.

I bought the $ 20 for $ 40 deal from and was unable to use it. The business owner claims the deal was posted without their approval and refused to honor the $ 40 voucher. After much discussion we were able to save some money on our breakfast bill, but not the value of the voucher. I plan on contacting Unilocal to discuss the invalid transaction with them.

This place is a nice place for the people of Perkasie to stop in for a breakfast. The venue itself is small. I wasn’t amazed by the food or service, but think the café perfectly serves it’s purpose as a breakfast establishment.
