I had a really good experience here. My exhaust system rusted in half and I took it to the closest place to where I was, which happened to be Joe. They took care of me quickly and thoroughly even though it looked like there were a lot of people there. Very polite and professional staff.
I don’t live close enough to come here often but I felt obligated to leave a good review after they took such good care of me. They did let me know of some issues to keep an eye on but there was no pressure to add on more work for the day. Since I usually get work done at the dealership, this was a refreshing change of pace. Five stars for a great and honest mom and pop mechanic.

I have a 1999 Saab 9 – 3 and I love my car. I have moved around a lot and always worry about taking it to a mechanic who doesn’t know Saabs. They’re pretty particular cars and you generally don’t want someone working on them who’s unfamiliar with their ilk. Beyond that, no matter what type of car you have, it’s always a challenge finding a shop who is reliable, honest, and reasonable in their pricing.
Not only are the people at Joe Davis Autosport all of the above, but they are also incredibly easy to work with, very knowledgeable about Saabs, and go out of their way to make sure you understand the repairs that your car requires.
One additional feature that I love is that they provide detailed quotes before servicing your vehicle and a detailed inventory of the work they’ve done to your car after they’ve finished. This was the first mechanic who has ever provided me with such quality documentation, so now I know to ask for this when I go other places.
I have worked with both Nate and Ryan and have found them both to be unbelievably helpful. They are happy to answer all of my questions and prompt in their replies when getting back to me on something. They’ve even counseled me on my car repairs when I’ve lived in other states and couldn’t make it to their shop.
If you are anywhere near Perkasie, I highly recommend you bring your car here. Anyone would be lucky to have a mechanic like this close by.
Side note: I believe they also specialize in Audi, Volvo, and VW, and service all makes and models, but I can only speak to my experience taking my Saab there. I would 100% recommend that anyone nearby take their car there because I can guarantee you that they will be honest with you and let you know if you’re better off taking it to another specialist.
