I receive a bill for nearly $ 4000 and nobody can tell what they did including myself. i have the owner out and no less than 10 times on items charged he said, «they must have missed that» but were smart enough to revise the bill for what little we did go over. that owner is no longer there fortunatly. never a sincere apology for fraudulent charges etc. then I am contacted by the most insincere and fake individual I’ve dealt with in business to date. This company has now REFUSED to come to my home and review close to $ 4000 in charges on 3 occasions; instead they send emails trying to scare you and make their incompetence your fault. Nice try but I have a masters degree but apparently they don’t know in what. I have already proven one after another fraudulent charges including but not limited to, a full pantry closet covered in heavy soot damage they charged the whole process for as complete and never opened the door to it. Do I get a sincere apology? Nope just an email asking what I am willing to pay so they know how to proceed. Seriously, I’ve had so many people document this monstrosity via estimates to redo what they are charging me and the adjusters. Then charge over $ 1000 for machines that their own female employee told me the switch is broken on and doesn’t work. Omg can it get worse? Yes it can. The response to my third attempt via email was threatening my credit report stating they saved me from collections and they just sent it over blah blah blah etc like this fool is doing me a favor. I am educated and well educated and have the evidence and revised bills based of pictures with solid evidence and I am met with threats on top of disregarding the fraudulent proof forcing revised bills are trying to collect manufactured and fraudulent charges when admission of fraud has already been proven. This is exactly 1 of the reasons police reports for missing items, broken items and missing prescription medications come in handy. Make sure everything is SIGNED OFF DAILY IF YOU ARE IN FULL AGREEMENT OF SERVICES BEING CHARGED or you’ll have the same ridiculous time wasting unprofessional dealings I am dealing with. Had I not been threatened like I have a 6^th grade education I wouldn’t bother putting a review but it is insane how ridiculous the man I am dealing with is.
