Pros– it’s always open and the café is only closed for a few hours.
Cons– I always feel watched. There always seems to be security lurking or hovering. Completely makes me feel uncomfortable and makes me wonder if they have any control over the payouts. Speaking of payouts, the only thing consistent when I play here is I lose a lot or win a lot. I enjoy playing and would like it if my money went a little more back and forth during my visit than coming in and losing every push of the button until my money is gone. Although I have enjoyed a few bigger payouts, I’d trade those for some back and forth machines so I could enjoy my time a little longer. The cashiers have always been nice. I’ve often exchanged wads of $ 20’s that come from their ATM for larger bills and they happily do it even though I’m not cashing a ticket.

No consistency overall. The restaurant is often out of stuff and understaffed it seems. Sometimes there’s a sign up that says be back soon. The food is pretty good and fairly priced. Same with the bar. Had to wait 20 minutes for a drink because nobody was behind the bar besides a security person. I was told the bar employee was taking his break.
As far as the actual machines I can not speak for it. I do not play machines.
The table games are decent and they have several different games. But with my remark earlier about no consistency it applies to the table games as well. After the drive and ready to play a certain table game it happens often that the casino is short handed. So only one or 2 tables are open. Not the games I like to play. Also some of the pit bosses could be a little bit more professional. I don’t like it when a pit boss yells «he has plenty of money in his pocket».
As far as rewards. I can’t speak for points earned on the actual machines. But for the table games it’s a slap in the face and a complete joke. I don’t even give my players card anymore! After 2 years of playing there every now and then I earned $ 0.73!!!
I’ve been to a lot of better casinos and get rewarded with free rooms, show tickets, gifts etc after only playing there once or twice!
I’m at this casino right now. Was gonna play a table but was told «we only have 3 dealers» so my table game is not open. Time to go home!
