Flood Patrol

I am very impressed with the service that I received from Carlo Terzian with Flood Patrol. I called first thing in the morning to ask if he could come out and check out forced air vent for mold and/​or water damage. (side note: I had called another company prior to calling Flood Patrol and they wanted to charge $ 600-​$ 700 just to come and look). I was very fortunate and Carlo was on his way to another job and I was on his way so he stopped by in less than 20 minutes after I called. He checked everything out and used his laser sensor to make sure there was no mold and no wetness. Even had me run the air to ensure that my air was not leaking. I know if I ever have any flood, mold or water damage in the future I will be calling Carlo!
