Consistently wait 1 ½ –2 hours to see the doctor for 5 mins. Called my WC adjuster to find a new doctor. I’m very satisfied with Dr. Katz, but no way is he worth the wait. Find a different clinic!

I walked out of my last appt. after waiting 2 ½ hours. I was taken back to the exam room after an hour and a half. I was told by the nurse that there was only one patient ahead of me so it won’t be long. After one hour waiting in the exam room I had had enough and l left. The office mgr called me and was very nice and apologetic. She invited me back in and I saw the doctor immediately. I understand that there may at times be emergencies, but the wait times are routine. Clearly emergencies can’t always be blamed for the unacceptable long waits.

I would not recommend this medical group to anyone except for their physical therapy department., First scheduled appt I waited 4HOURS!!, next few APPTS waited over 2HOURS, seems always hours you are waiting, today I walked out, appt was 2:15,walked out at 4:00!because still not seen, won’t be back to him though he is a good doctor he needs to take more interest how he can help his patients and not just push them off on another doctor, seems you are handed over to each doctor and sometimes they do not even know why!, days are waisted in pain with no help!!, Dr John in pt is great as is Arthur but that is the extent of care there. I really do wonder about this place, it is wrong on so many levels, and their record keeping!!! terrible!always have the wrong information and the doctors do not concur with each other!! I have gone home in tears with no relief or care, would never go there again after I final out of there!!!, I also wonder if I was CHARGED for the APPT. that I HAD but NEVER saw the doctor because of THEM!, Just like the «Come back tomorrow «evaluation» Of another patient!

The staff is nice. Had appt at 3 was to come early. Arrived at 245 it’s 4pm still haven’t been seen. Why make appt if you still have to wait hours.
8÷3÷2015 went to health pointe for follow up appt. was told i didn’t have appt that someone had put it into the system for the wrong dr. Well health pointe. Should I really I trusted you with my Heath care needs!!! Wow this is a little scary. Second strike

This is my first time coming in and I was extremely pleased on how attentive and kind the staff was. Dr Del Campo was very knowledgeable and was able to address every need and concern. Overall, it was a great and comfortable experience.

Wating time is ridiculous! Doctors are excellent but not enough to wait so much time for a 15 minute consult. I’m a supervisor my self of medical office so I comprehend the doctors are busy but I waited to much time. No a satisfactory experience. The location on Ontario or temecula is way faster and staff and more professional.

This urgent care is great. The staff is really nice an professional. Spanish and English is spoken and the office is very clean. The play movies while you wait, which is refreshing. The only thing I that didn’t sound cool is they charge for faxes. They didn’t before why now. How about email, that’s free. This place is great, I just hope upper management doesn’t ruin it by nickel and dimming patients in this economy. Other than that if you don’t need something faxed this place is awesome. Let me reemphasize, this place is the best urgent care in Perris.
