Friendly, clean, delicious. The owners are very nice, always eager to help. Their sandwiches are great. They really hit the spot. Fresh donuts are awesome.

This place is the best in the area. It is not just a donut shop. It is a bakery too the brownies and red velvet rolls are wonderful and at ¹⁄₃ the price of Starbucks. They also have wonderful French bread.
They do close in the afternoon do come early in the day.

I really enjoy coming here the owner and his wife are super friendly he has great customer service skills and his organic bread is bomb with cream cheese, donuts are delicious they are the best in Perris, and coffee is fresh and sometimes I get half coffee half cappuccino its really good too

At first I thought this was just another one of those hole-in-the-wall kinda places but was pleasantly surprised after finally trying it out a few weeks ago. I went early on a Saturday morning and they had a pretty good variety of donuts. The guy working behind the counter was polite and helpful. I picked my couple of donuts and grabbed so orange juice only to find out they don’t accept debit cards :(but luckily I had enough cash and the guy working there was very apologetic and also threw in a few extra donuts and a fresh baked bread. I will definitely be back here, with CASH :)

First time here, came because of the good reviews. They didn’t have a lot of varieties, maybe one croissant and donut holes and some rolls. I didn’t get anything and I would not come back to this place.

Simply delish! While visiting the area, I stopped in and was glad I did.
The glazed donuts were light and airy, soft not gummy.
The plain cake donut was light and non greasy and soft, not hard. Both tasted of donut perfection.
It’s hard to find a really good homemade donut in New Haven, CT not made from a mix.
The owner was very friendly and personable.
I plan on going again before returning home.

This place has the freshest donuts they’re still warm when you get them, I’ve tried a couple places in Perris but this one is the best and the owners are very nice.

They usually throw in a free donut without asking and have some pretty good drinks here always stop in when getting my tires changed at the Just Tires nearby :)
