Took 3 hours and 3 different attempt to get some basic sandwiches. No one really new what they were doing and employees did not want to be there.

One of the best supermarkets in Perris. With clean parking lots rid of carts and clean isles inside the store they run a tight ship. Stater Bros truly keeps the customer in mind, always having reasonable prices and fresh produce for sale whether its fruits and vegetables or meat and fish. Stater Bros is also a member of the Perris Valley Chamber of Commerce, showing their dedication to the community. As a director of the Chamber and local attorney I have seen the positive impact made by their implementation in the community.

They need better placement of the produce tags. Current ones are pointed downward and sometimes hidden by produce below tag. To see some of the tags, I have to practically get on my knees.

If you live in the area, besides Cardenas down on the other side of perris, this is the place to shop for the best quality foods at the cheapest price. Fruit/​Vegetable section is always fresh and the pricing is always on point especially with seasonal items. Same with the meat and fish dept. if it is in season and their is a holiday, forget about it i’m talking Prime Rib Roast for 5 – 6 bucks a pound bone in people. Staters markets look out for you that is for sure!
As to this location, I can’t say it is much different than any other, it is not too modern, yet not completely obsolete. It shares the same lot as the Chevron Station, Sizzler, Carl’s Jr. El Pollo Loco, O Reily’s, and several other places. Problem is, there are just so many people always here and it always seems as if during max capacity, 2 – 3 check stands remain closed but staters tries to do their best. Stay away during rush hours as you would expect this place gets packed with everyone stopping on their way home to grab something to make for dinner. It is expected though as it is right off the 215 in Perris, of a mainway (Nuevo Rd.) which takes people home to Nuevo and all those other cities so it is actually rather highly trafficked. The clientele/​people shopping around will range from all walks of life just watch out for that random homeless person wandering through the store mumbling in tongues… Could be a bit of a shocking experience for the young’ns ;) Lol, Went it today and noticed their Liquor selection is on sale so go in and pick out on of your favorites! Got a 750 ML bottle of Jameson for $ 21 and some change so yours truly is happy as this review is being written.

I’m not sure how Stater Bros has not improved over the years. Stater Bros is the best supermarket in the City of Perris, however, the customer service at this location is unacceptable. As you enter the store, they do a great job at keeping the parking lot clear of shopping carts and the store overall is very clean.
However, when you need assistance from the deli counter, expect an extremely long wait (about ten minutes if there is no one ahead of you) and not friendliest assistants, pretty rude to be exact, as if I’m troubling them when I need deli meats. Throughout the store, everything is nicely organized, clean and tidy. I have always seen people stocking shelves, mopping the floors and keeping everything in order. The meat department is always organized and all the butchers work very fast and efficiently, with a lot of customers waiting for meat. The produce area is definitely the best selection in the city, the workers are always keeping the ledges clean, all the bad produce is removed promptly. Once you reach the checkout lines, expect ridiculously long lines, at all times of the day, they have never fixed this issue and the long lines have been going on for years.

The lines can be long, and they will not have every lane open. The staff is friendly, but have no problem carrying on a conversation with another while processing your purchase. The place is clean and organized, and the staff is always willing to answer questions and help you find something.

Checking out my local stores, I popped in real quick to get a few items. The lines were sooooo long, that I decided to go to another market. I’ll have to come back again to see if this improves. The shady people hanging out next door also made me think twice about coming back. I had a way better shopping experience across the street at Food 4 Less.

I love coming to this location, I come here everyday always have a good experience. It’s very clean and organized, staff is amazing, I feel very welcomed.
There is always someone cleaning down the aisle which I love and someone is always restocking the shelves.
Around holidays its gets packed, liked most groceries stores, but the team here At stater bros does an amazing job of checking out customers in a descent amount of time.
The staff here is always willing to go out of there way to make the customer happy which I love.

The majority of the employees are courteous, and very helpful. The 3 stars are due to the dirty produce department. This store recently obtained new shopping carts because the previous carts were so filthy. I have had to call the manager a few times recently to let him know the deli clerks are leaving the meat out sitting on the counter for who knows how long. Just went in there the other day, Butterball turkey meat just sitting on the counter, and I was in that area of the store for several minutes. Needless to say I do not purchase deli here anymore.

This Stater Bros gets two stars because it’s clean and new. But the pre-​made chicken is horrible. It’s pretty difficult to screw up a baked chicken, but they sure did. Actually, they screwed up a lot of them. Out of 10 chickens there was only one that looked appetizing. All of the others were mostly burnt or someone just threw in a bag of pepper. The one I ate was so dry I could break a tooth on it. I guess someone really hates their job and really doesn’t give a sh*t about the food they turn out here. I would go back and return it, but I picked through the selection and nothing looked good in the deli section.

Worst customer sevice !
I went to this place today at 4:00pm and a hispanic guy and a african young lady at the meat deparment hey both had a bad attitude then i payed and cashier had a bad attuide also i will never come to this place

I must say, they are very clean. I also love how the staff will not just walk past you. They actually look at you and ask you if you need any assistance. They also have more than one checkout stand open at all times. They are very customer oriented!

Came in for ONE thing. On the way to grab it I saw something else I wanted but didn’t have my wallet, just enough cash for my current purchase. So I was like ok just buy this real quick and then run out to the car for my wallet to grab the other item.
My hopes of getting in and out were dashed when I saw all of the long lines and none of the express checkouts open :/​and to make it worse, I got stuck behind some preggo beast using about a months worth of WIC checks –_​– she saw that I had ONE item and didn’t offer to let me ahead of her. This is Perris though, so I guess I’m not too surprised.
Ok, finally got through the line and came back in for other item. Thankfully one of the express lanes had opened up so I was able to get in and out a lot faster than before. Even considering that the lady in front of me was purchasing one candy bar with an 100 dollar bill so the cashier had to call for change.
This is a surprisingly clean and organized store considering it’s in Perris, good job!

This is my favorite place to go grocery shopping here in Perris. The customer service is exceptional. The women that work the counter at the service deli are very friendly and have always started up a conversation while cutting & packaging my deli meats and cheeses. The cashiers are always smiling too. One drawback is that their lines can get to be Super long, so I try to avoid shopping here on the weekends.
The store is also very clean which is refreshing change from some of the other stores here in Perris.

Best market in Perris.
1. Because it is the only clean one.
2. They speak to you in English.
3. It does not have a bad order, Cardenas I’m talking to you.
4. Fast and friendly staff.
5. I can find fresh quality products.
6. Wednesdays they have good sales.
7. They will help you put your groceries in your car.
8. There are no dirty children running around, like Food4Less or Cardenas.
9. My daughter gets her free cookie, to eat while we shop.
10. The meat department will cut your meat any way you want it.

Very clean! Staff is always courteous! Usually very well stocked! If you can’t find something on the shelves the employees will go look in back and accommodate if they are out if a product! Their deli has the best fried chicken too!!!

PERRIS MARKET OF CHOICE
If I was going to pick my favorite Perris Market, it would be this one.
CLEAN
Every time that I’ve been in here, it was very clean. The shelves were fully stocked, and the floors were spotless. The meat department looks fully sterilized and professionally maintained. Everything in the glass case looks fresh. Last time I checked, they will even cut a piece of meat the way you like it!
CUSTOMER SERVICE
The last time I was at the Stater Bros I went through the 15 Items or Less line of «Eduardo C.» Not sure how many Eduardos are actually working here, but this kid was a solid cashier. Quick, friendly, and professional. I use to be a cashier for a few years, and I thought he was doing a good job getting people in and out, while at the same time making the customer feel respected.
BEER SELECTION
They have a large selection of beer! Holy cow! I really didn’t think it was going to cover the span of 2 walls! Decent prices on those 30+ packs as well!
OVERALL
This market is a big step up from the Food4Less across the street. The many times that I have been in here, I’ve never had anything negative to say about it. Perhaps when more people from Riverside County get on Unilocal,they can provide a more detailed review of this Stater Bros.
