Ok, make sure you set aside your WHOLE day to visit this store, I’ve always been ok to go if I want to trade my phone etc. But the last time I was in I went and said I was having issues with my iPhone. I wanted to trade in for a new one. This guy had the nerve to try to trade me the most basic phone (he sold me 3 wkd prior to my kid) telling me it was better then the iPhone. And to get «around «it we would say it’s a tablet. What? Omg. Then realized I was there weeks prior and changed his story. I left I use to always go to this location and recommend it ., huh guess I was wrong
