It took less than two minutes of dealing with an associate to cause me to walk out, and decide to move all four of my business lines away from Verizon after decade of service. Overall I am happy with Verizon. However, since their associates seem more interested in pushing the products they desire over what I want then I prefer to give my business to their competitor. I walked in and the rep asked what I needed. I informed him I was looking to upgrade two of my lines. I informed him that I wanted the iphone 6s, and he kept pushing the Galaxy despite the fact that I was coming in with a Galaxy phone that I was not completely happy with over the last two years. Horrible customer skills.

This store is a joke, I was stuck in the store for 6 hours trying to buy a phone and get my data transferred over. The reps are not trained, they are rude and really are just there to put there time in and collect a pay check. After 6 hours of being there they still could not transfer my data over to the new phone so I reversed the transaction and left there with nothing but a waist of my time. The locals must be aware of this store no one ever came in while we were there. My only concern is if they stole any of my personal info. They had my phone for 5 hours and were doing something with it but never got my data transferred to the new phone. I will be watching my credit carefully after working with this store. Very uneasy feeling with these reps.

If I could write negative 10 stars that’s what I would give Verizon Wireless. It’s not specific to the store its Verizon in general. Please let me warn you they are frauds! I urge you do not use Verizon Wireless. Not only is our customer service is terrible on their wireless side but even there Verizon FiOS side. I have never been treated so poorly been told that I’m a liar basically they said that my husband called not me. They have stolen money from me. Verizon sad that I did not return the device. Yet I have an email saying that the device was received. They would not accept that. Instead they charge me $ 400. I sent back the email to them showing proof that the device was returned. They have never refunded my money. Nor have they provided me the device back. Not only did I have trouble with Verizon Wireless. But the FiOS quote upgraded enclosed my router. It is not all the ability to work from home out. I have lost several days of work. They charge me an additional $ 40 for tech support. Tech support tells me they should have never sent me to that premium grade because it’s beyond their scope. But they refused to refund the money. That’s almost $ 500. I hate Verizon and they are never never never to use it

I went into this store because I needed to get a charger for my mom’s phone. She was getting a new one for a birthday and always seems to lose them. Due to miscommunication with my dad I got the wrong charger(an I phone 5 charger). The charger they had was expensive, for an aftermarket charger($ 40). When I made my purchase the sales associate Kiandre told me «If you have any problems bring it back and we can exchange it». He did not tell me that all sales are final on accessories. THEREWERENOSIGNSTHATSAYALLACCESSORYSALESAREFINAL. I went to return the charger the next day because my sister had already bought my mom the correct charger. I no longer needed to get my mom a different charger and just wanted my money back for the aftermarket iphone 5 charger. The manager was not working that day, Feb 19th. Kiandre told me the manager is the only one who does returns. I went back at noon on Feb 27th and the manager Collin was there. He was helping out another customer and took 20 min before asking what I needed. When I told him what I needed he told be about the accessory policy very coldly. I told him that there was no sign and was not informed at the time of purchase. He responded with«If you PLAN to make a return then you should read the receipt» and that«as a consumer I should read ALL of my receipts». This is ridiculous because if I buy the accessory then it is too late to return the item! This makes no sense at all. Collin proceeded to tell me that he reads ALL of his receipts and that I should do the same. The whole thing was so unprofessional and made no sense at all. I felt disrespected by Collin’s tone and demeanor. He let me know that all he could do is make an exchange and not a return. I don’t need or want this item any more. Any other retailer would return such a simple item. You can get an aftermarket iphone charger from amazon for $ 10 or best buy for $ 25 and you would be able to return it if you wanted! This is up there as one of the WORST customer service experiences I have ever had. I will proceed to tell everybody I know about how terrible the service is at this particular Verizon store and to ask about store policy before purchase. After talking to Verizon customer service they said that this is not a real Verizon store and just a retailer. That means that had I bought the charger at a Corporate store they could return it no questions asked. Avoid any non-corporate store if you can. There is one a few exits away
