First yea I know this is a dive bar but when a bill for three people to eat wings is $ 44 I expect a little more. Everyone raves about the wings and they were good and meaty hence the 3. So our main issues with service started here… the Hubbs asked what beer specials they had(bc they are a bar and it was before 7) — the waitress laughed and asked«it’s ur first time here isn’t it? There are none.» Even though there were signs saying cheap bud was $ 2 — didn’t happen. Next, while their Facebook says they will«mix» flavors her response to our request was«no, there’s only me and the cook and it’s a huge pain in the ass» — well hello dive bar.(See I told you I «got that»). At the table we each ordered the 10 wings for $ 7.00 — they upcharge $ 1.50 for ranch or blue cheese with celery EACH(and when it came out it’s the size of a ketchup cup) — I could buy a bottle for the table cheaper! Good fresh fair fries tho! Overall I would be fine to skip it — my Hubbs and our guest liked their wings and said they might order take out — but for me I would rather give my money to a place that doesn’t feel like the customer is a «huge pain in the ass». Just the feeling I got… maybe it was sticking to the table before the food even came — who knows! We stuck to what seemed simple — hot bbq, hot and I got the siracha ranch — which really should just be called a basket of ranch with crusty wings in it… there was no siracha on that them as the signature red orange color or heat that your lips crave was missing(yes those were the ones I wanted badly can’t you tell)! Dive bar mood then def do it — otherwise skip it — unless you just want to count how many trucks had bras(yes real bras) in the grills of them in the parking lot — we saw 3. It’s dinner and a show!
