Friendly staff, clean restaurant, and great chicken sandwiches. I love this place. Specially the play place for children.

Exceptional customer service. Great quality food it’s to bad their anti gay political views force me not to spend my money here. It’s sad I had to have a friend of mine purchase the food here due to the fact I didn’t want to spend my own money supporting discrimination.

Always a special treat when traveling to stop and enjoy a Chick Fil A sandwich experience. The staff training is industry leading. They really care about making you feel welcomed and comfortable. Our group today loved our various sandwiches, waffle fries sodas and shakes. I appreciated the roving manager who interacted with the guests and refilled drinks and cleared unused trays of trash. The restroom was over the top clean and I was blown away that I had a mouthwash wash available to help clean teeth after eating.
My only negative would the entry doors. Both sets of glass double doors were filled with finger prints and even some shoe prints.

LOVE Chick-​fil-​A & this location. Last fall for a week solid we took 20 – 30 people in right @ closing time & they were sooo accommodating!!! Service & food were both OUTSTANDING!

The food was very good and the cleanliness of the restaurant is outstanding. The only thing better than the chicken was the chocolate chip cookies.

The food is great. The play area is great for the kids. My only complaints are that its so popular its hard to get a parking spot or seat and you’ll have kids constantly running around.

It’s ok for a fried chicken sandwich, but honestly, how on earth can someone give this a five star rating? It’s a fast food place for gods sake.

So in love. I live in Michigan and whenever my girl friend and I venture out of our state, we hit up chick-​fil-​a. We’re obsessed. And we always load up on chick-​fil-​a sauce. This location like most other locations was friendly. The manager even came to our table to see how everything was and to see if we needed anything else. When we got up to leave, she offered to take our trays and asked if we wanted drink re-​fills. I’ve never had any fast food location have that much customer service! Great food as always too.

We live in Michigan where there are no Chick-Fil-A’s, so anytime we go to Ohio we try to stop for a chicken sandwich and nuggets. This location was very busy, but fast and efficient. The staff were friendly as ever. The kids loved their nuggets and the play place. The adults lived their original chicken sandwiches. Chick-​Fil-​A never disappoints!!!

Headed to Five Guys, then saw Chik-​Fil-​A and did a quick detour. What do I like about Chick-​Fil-​A? Quality ingredients. Heinz ketchup single serves that can be used via squeeze or dip. Real green leaf lettuce — fresh, not wilted. They come to you asking if you want refills on drinks. Those are just a few things that set them above the average fast food.
On this visit, the line was a bit slow, but the food came fast. I treated myself to a cookie, that was a nice finish.

I tried the new Chick-​Fil-​A in Perrysburg, and they seem to be doing a pretty good job. I figured three weeks after opening, the fanfare might’ve died down a little, but this place was absolutely packed at 6pm during the dinner rush. The double-​drive thru line wrapped around the front of the store, and by the look of the nearly-​full parking lot and dining room, they were busy as all get out. After ten minutes of sitting and idling, I got up to the speaker to place my order. The order taker was concise and polite, asking which sauces I wanted with my nuggets and if I wanted ketchup for the fries (I did). I’m not exactly sure what was happening on the inside, but after entering the merged drive-​thru line, I sat in one spot without moving for at least five minutes. Approaching the twenty minute mark, at last I received my order with a friendly smile at the window, and was on my way.
The sweet tea was fresh and tasted good. The waffle fries were hot and cut from healthy looking potatoes. I think I prefer regular shaped fries or even tater tots, as Chick-Fil-A’s version are too big for one bite, and somewhat tricky to eat in the car. The chicken nuggets were probably the highlight. Chick-​Fil-​A seems to be the only drive-​thru place (save maybe for Popeye’s) that actually cuts up their chicken fresh and breads it before tossing it in the deep fryer — much different from the McWenburg variety of nuggets. These were more like chicken chunks you get at full service restaurants. They were hot, fresh, and tasty. Also a little tricky to eat with sauce while driving, since they are cut up in different shapes and sizes — some are big like golf balls and others tiny.
Despite the lengthy wait, it was a pleasant experience, and I will probably go back once the ‘new in town’ craze tapers off or maybe at an off-​peak time.

The food is fine but the prices are high for fast food. The staff is very friendly. The service seems a little slow.
An employee walked around asking people if he could take their tray for them when it looked like they were about finished.

This is the friendliest food place in Perrysburg. There’s so many fresh chicken options, but their chicken biscuits are my favorite!
