Residences At Carronade

I thoroughly enjoyed our time at The Residences at Carronade. Our family of four signed our lease for a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a split floor plan in 2013, and we stayed for a year. I would have loved to stay longer if we hadn’t moved out of the country.
The apartment was fresh and clean at move in. Everything was beautiful and functional except for some strange substance in the clothing dryer in our unit. I called the office about it and maintenance arrived pretty quickly and was able to remove the mystery dust/​powder completely. Also, the first time we used the microwave it sparked for no obvious reason. We waited until the next morning to call and request them to come look for the problem. When the maintenance worker arrived he told us we could have called for 24 hour maintenance, that’s what he was there for! They weren’t sure what the issue was, so the entire microwave was removed and replaced with a brand new one that same morning!
And the pool… The beautiful, large, saltwater pool! My kids loved it, and I loved the free WiFi service covering the entire pool deck area.
The location is ideal. Close to shopping, many dining options, and the expressway, while still being out of the way enough to feel quiet and peaceful. And the school district is the best as far as I’m concerned.
Overall, Carronade is a beautiful place to make a home and if there’s ever a possibility, I would happily move in again!
